ATTENTION TO THE OWNER OF CHUBBY BUNS HOXTON PARK!

This was my first time ever trying out chubby buns. I decided to give it a go tonight for a late night feed.

Let me just say your staff member Harun customer service is next level! I was immediately greeted with a smile, I was shocked for a minute as this does not happen at any hospitality places I visit anymore.

I genuinely had to ask if he was the owner, when he replied with no I work here I was shocked! Due to the exceptional service.

His humbleness, respect and character was beautiful. Thank you brother for making my first experience an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve been going through some personal issues and your beautiful energy and customer service left me with a smile tonight.

The food was delicious, the price was crazy cheap for the level of service and quality food I received.

To anyone from Sydney who is looking for a good feed as well as amazing customer service this is the place to be.

I hope Harun is greatly appreciated for his efforts by the owner as he is someone I would employ in a heartbeat. I just had to tip him.

Came to Chubby Buns for the first time and probably won’t come again.

The two stars are for the cute guy serving me who was a solid 10, and the other star is for the beef rasher that is pretty hard to mess up. Nice guy who served me took my order on board and i asked specifically for no spanish onions and he confirmed that with me with no issues.

We waited in the 9 degree weather for a while and when i finally got my burger, I was excited and opened it up to take a bite as i walked to the car and realised that there were in fact spanish onions which i had made clear i did not want any of as i react badly to them.

At this point, there were already a whole bunch of people waiting still so i just had to throw the top patty that had the onions (and a lot of the lettuce) and ended up having burger bruschetta instead of the burger i was expecting to eat.

Anyway, in conclusion, the burger wasn’t anything extraordinary. nothing i’d go back for. maybe just to run into that nice looking guy at the til.

I recently visited Chubby Buns at Hoxton Park, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This charming caravan service offers plenty of seating outside, perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! I tried the Chubby Special, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. I also got to try their homemade sauce, which is simply amazing. You can’t get enough of it when you dip your chips—absolutely addictive!
