STEER CLEAR. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve given this place multiple chances after a series of orders on different days being repeatedly incorrect or with missing items. Saturday night (30/7/22) was the last straw. We ordered through drive thru, paid and received the wrong items as well as missing half our order when arriving to the pick up window. We advised the workers it is incorrect, and the food was sent back to be corrected. When the food came out the second time, the order was still incorrect! This went on for 5 TIMES. 5 TIMES IN 15 MINS where we had to repeatedly give back the order or were missing half our items. We even repeated our order multiple times to the girls at the window, we even gave them our receipt which had the correct order. Surely this is a joke? We were even given attitude by the workers when we said our add-on guac wasn’t present and she said “you didn’t pay for it”. She had the receipt we had given her and it states that we did?

Management needs to take control and seriously properly manage this location. I’ve never had so many issues with a fast food chain ever let alone one location. Management seems to not care enough about their workings and providing adequate training to their staff let alone teaching customer service. Truely disappointing and appalling. Decided to try the GYG Hoxton Park drive-through tonight despite all of the recent negative reviews. To say the least, I was not surprised at all as the customer service and food quality was atrocious.

Upon receiving my order at the last pick up window, I had forgot to order sauce so I kindly asked the lady working if I could please grab sauce to go with my meal. She proceeded to exhale/sigh and immediately turn her back to get the sauce. Once she returned, I was met with the worst customer service and lack of professionalism. She said "make sure you order your sauce beforehand next time" in the rudest tone, handed me the sauce and immediately closed the window.

Within 10 minutes of arriving home, the chips were already cold, burrito bowl and enchilada were borderline warm and it all tasted like the ingredients had been sitting in the store just waiting to be used - did not taste fresh but rather stale.

The tacos were also a nightmare.. I opened the box to find them stacked upon each other with literally barely any filling. Each taco had barely 2 pieces of burnt chicken and was filled with a mountain of lettuce and little cheese on top.

Overall, this review shouldn't deserve 1 star but to be frank, if it was possible it'd receive minus stars. The first and last time I'll dine out...
