Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Cali Burgers Staff
Dear Owner of Cali Burgers
I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to Cali Burgers. It pertains to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by some members of your staff, particularly in their interactions with Uber delivery personnel.
During my visit, I observed that the behavior towards Uber delivery personnel was discourteous and disrespectful. These individuals were not treated with the basic dignity and respect that every human being deserves. They were asked to wait outside and subjected to unwarranted rudeness, which is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in the hospitality industry.
As a patron of your establishment, I believe it is crucial for all customers and employees to be treated with respect and courtesy. I took the initiative to address this issue with the staff present, urging them to refrain from such behavior. Unfortunately, one of the staff members even reported my complaint, which further reflects poorly on the culture of respect within your establishment.
I kindly request that you take necessary measures to ensure that all members of your staff understand the importance of respectful and professional conduct towards customers, as well as individuals representing delivery services. Training or reminders regarding appropriate behavior can greatly improve the overall atmosphere and reputation of Cali Burgers.

Ordered: Double Cali burger (no tomato no onion) combo, Garlic honey wings, Onion rings, Lemon lime bitters,
The meat had a good consistency, a considerable and solid patty, the cheese wasn't very strong in flavour, the Cali sauce is a close match to a few other places I've eaten at, which is not a surprise, not bad at all, but would say it needed something, I couldn't say what, but it felt like something was missing.
Fries were shoe string, have the same issue with most places serving these, they were left under the hot plate in the back or sitting waiting and go mostly cold before coming to the table, causing half of them to be hard and inedible, a shame.
The garlic honey wings, I'm not sure if they are meant to be crispy or a soft coating after being what felt like they were soaked in something, they tasted like pure garlic, with not a hint of honey, quite disappointing.
The onion rings were battered and breaded, but unfortunately overcooked.
The Lemon lime bitters was decent, nice flavour but nothing you wouldn't expect.
Overall, can only recommend the burger if you're travelling through, but would not travel to specifically eat from here.

By the time I ordered and paid, received my meal, drove home, realised some food was missing drive back because they DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, find parking, walk to the restaurant again, find a staff member to fix it…… is just so much effort. I may aswell just cooked my own burgers under an hour in the comfort of my own house. But it was meant to be a lazy day for me after working for 50 hours. I don’t care how good the food tastes after all that it’s not worth it and I wasn’t hungry anymore. I understand it’s a busy place but I realised there was enough staff floating around to handle it. Some were working hard and sadly a few let the joint down as they were bludging. It’s my fault for trusting they would get it right and not checking the order in the bag prior to leaving as I don’t live close . Ah well that was my experience. Atleast they were nice enough to offer me my money back but I wasn’t happy.
Response to owner, I wasn’t angry about the human error I was more frustrated that no one answered the phone given u had a sufficient number of staff to do so. If someone would of answered and just told me “hey no problem we will include ur wings next time u come by to order” I would of been happy with that.
