Oporto Hoxton Park Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

Whilst food and atmosphere was quite comfortable which is often a hit or miss with fast food environments such as Oporto, I'd like to make specific mention regarding the service of an individual by the name of Olivia. This young girl who served me at the counter, appeared well presented, well spoken, knowledgeable about products (specific allergen requirements), and communicated in a gentle manner. For what appeared a very young, school age employee, you don't often come across young generation individuals that present themselves this way whilst representing their employers. I appreciate Olivia's friendly manner, efficient service, knowledge of products. For a simple order that was a quick, in and out context; Olivia has created this Customer Service experience to be positive, calm & comfortable. I felt that I was in a sit down restaurant, with incredible, personable service, whilst ensuring protocols and processes weren't compromised, as she was keeping an eye on others. Well done. Willing to drive back, a 30 minute drive, out of my area. Olivia is encouraged to maintain this manner and to her management, I would recommend Olivia be of an example whether that'd be through training roles and be commended for...

I had a very pleasant experience at the hoxton park oporto. The food was amazing, quick service and excellent customer service. I got takeaway and it was a long drive home. I just finished my food and despite the factors involved, the food was still delicious. I reheated my food as I got home and it still tasted just as good. I was also very happy with the customer service. This was my first time visiting Oporto and it was a great first impression. I did not ask the name of the young girl who served me, although from what I read, I believe her name was rianna. She was so nice, patient and caring. She shows a great work ethic and consistent efforts, while packing orders and checking up on her customers. As she was serving me I was indecisive and unsure although her patience made it very easy to understand the menu and ingredients. At such a young age she shows immense skills, she is a keeper!! A special thank you to the staff who were efficient and made quality food. The price is worth the quality. Thus, it was the best experience I have had at a fast food joint. Will definitely be coming back and I hope to see the young girl again who made such a pleasant...

Disappointing.

I just moved close to this branch and needed a quick and easy dinner, so decided to drop by.

Drive-thru experience was great. The person behind the speaker was easy to understand and made sure to confirm my order before sending me to the next window. However, I was not given the choice for changing the sauce that came with my meal, which would've been great as I was tired and completely forgot.

The food, however... I cannot say anything was THAT good. Everything was good for ome aspect but completely missed in what was most important: The chips were nicely salted but were soft, had no crunch. The tenders were half the size of my palm, (and note that I have small hands), but there was also something a bit weird in the middle of them. The coleslaw was crunchy but had basically no dressing.

I also ordered a regular sized meal, and it definitely looked like a small.

Overall it was a meh experience, and I probably will be going...
