Bespoke and Grind — Restaurant in Sydney

I have got coffee from here fairly regularly over the last 3 years and the coffee is always great. In the last 3 months I have twice ordered some savoury pastries with my coffee. Both times they have given me the wrong item. The first time I ordered 2 quiches, both vegetarian as I am a vegetarian & when I was walking to my car I realised one of the quiches they gave me was the wrong one, it had bacon in it, luckily it wasn't too much hassle for me to go back and get it swapped so I wasn't bothered. The second time last weekend, I ordered 1 pie (vegetarian) and one quiche, as one was a pie I didn't realise it was wrong until I was all the way home (had driven there) and took a bite out of what was meant to be a creamy cauliflower pie to immediately spit it out realising I had been given a meat pie. This was very annoying because 1. I'm vego and I buy from this place because they do have a good selection of vego options and I really don't enjoy accidentally eating meat due to being given the wrong order and 2. I was already home and really hungry :( So I had to get back in my car and go back to get it swapped for the vego pie it was meant to be. We tried this place based on the great reviews but while our meal was tasty, we weren't wowed and we were surprised by the endless list of surcharges we seemed to see in store. We had the fritters which by themselves would have been quite lacklustre as the fritters themselves were quite dry and lacking flavour however, the complimenting items on the dish did pack a flavour burst. We considered trying the in house pies and quiches but were put off by the little sign stating it was an extra $5 to dine in with one. We were also surprised by the a small sign at the payment counter informing us of a 10% surcharge on our meal... As you don't pay until you've completed your meal this is a fun surprise given its not mentioned on the menu etc. We also brought two raspberry Danish to take away. Absolutely appalling experience!!! We came here today for the first time and will never be coming back. My wife's dish was forgotten and when we raised this with the waiter he apologised and said he "woke up frazzled this morning" and he had forgotten to put the order through. We all had finished eating and after waiting another 20 minutes the food still had not arrived! We followed up with the waiter about how long it will be and AGAIN said he forgot to put the order through. This is just completely absurd and can't fathom how this has happened, TWICE !!!?
