Frango Petersham — Restaurant in Sydney

Bit of a letdown all round. The sauce was great, I'll give them that, but even the large size was pretty small. The charcoal chicken was dry and very greasy, nothing I couldn't get nicer at any charcoal chicken shop in Sydney. The chips were absolutely terrible, they were supermarket bought and had nothing but a tiny bit of salt added, they were more soggy than crunchy and I found several brown inedible chips. Also, 2 hours for a Menulog delivery is the worst I've had in over 10 years of using the service, I can only assume they prioritised the in-store people over deliveries as I've noticed lines outside the door whenever I've gone past. I could've gone there in person and still would've got home and back an hour before my order came. There's no excuse for it, and blaming Menulog is a lazy way out. Menulog tells you to call the store, so I tried calling them twice on their store phone number & the phone just rang out. They don't have their phone number on Menulog, I got it off their own website. There's much better charcoal chicken at Campsie and there's better Portuguese food up the road at Silvas. I never write bad reviews, but there is an exception to the rule. The service I got today was disgusting. After I was ordering with my brother, I got told to wait untill he got his order, then I can order the salad and chicken after. Not the most efficient way of doing things, since i was at the register with my brother ready to pay for the whole order. The lady's attitude was nothing short of appalling. After my brother received his part to the order, she asked what I wanted. I asked for a half and half salad....which seemed to be too much effort??? The attitude was well shown. After packing the salad, she then turns arounds, does the chips for about a minute, then serves another customer, leaving me standing there with no direction, no food, and no acknowledgment either. Maybe just a "would you mind if I help this customer, or i really need to do the chips?" I have been to Frango many times in Bella Vista, always friendly and happy to help. I cannot believe it. It isn't necessarily the events that occured, but the attitude that went with it, like I was too much effort! Not a nice...

Very nice food as always but this place is much more unhygienic compared to the other chains.. The staff look messy and sweaty..

There is always food and dirt on floor and bathroom is very dirty. The lady that stands at the counter has no smile on her face what so ever and just stares into your soul whilst you order… it looks like she hates her job. It throws you off..

The whole rush of picking up your order vs dining in is so messy. There is no system. So many Uber and order rush in front of you whilst you wait for your order. Rubbish bin with lid open and some one coming to open the bin and taking out cans every few mins is so annoying as there is smell coming from bin.

I would not come back to this place again just due to the atmosphere and the messiness and unhygienic reasons. The workers look so sweaty in hot environment and just makes you loose your appetite.

They should renovate this place considering they make a huge profit yearly..

I definitely love the food but would eat at other places like the new places that have...
