My Daughter & I went to Bivianos for a belated Mother's Day High Tea. We chose a set Menu at a set price. While having our High Tea a Waiter asked if we would like some "Water". I didn't require any, but my Daughter said "Yes please!". With that I thought that a Jug of Water with some Glasses might have been provided or maybe a glass of chilled water may have been provided as it is in many Cafes & Restaurants. No, not there! The Waiter brought over some sort of bottled water, not being informed that it was charged for!! Upon leaving & paying the Bill I was amazed that there was an extra charge of $17.50!! I was later to find out upon phoning the Restaurant the next day that the extra charge was for bottled "Perrier" Water. The Waiter did not even tell us that there would be a charge for this precious water. A glass of water from the tap at the Bar would have been adequate, but NO that didn't happen. My complaint is that the Waiter should have informed us that there would be a hefty charge for this Water, be it ( French , Exotic or not!). I didn't have a Menu because my Daughter sent through the High Tea Menu to me from her Phone. I later found out that the Water & Refreshments were not mentioned on the High Tea Pages. I was later informed the next day that these Items were their "Add-ons" & that's how they make their Money!! Patrons should be told about this, & when I rang the next day the Receptionist was impatient with me for questioning this,& said - "Well if you send through an Email to them & my Account No etc that the extra Money would be refunded to my Account. I did as requested by her & still some time later there's still no Refund! Rang again thinking that something had gone amiss, but this time this rude, impatient young Woman said, "Yes, we received everything, you're going to have to wait another 2-3 weeks!" She then cut me off & put the Phone down. This attitude is very rude & I doubt that my Money will be refunded! 2-3 weeks, really over a small amount of Money?? Message to the Owner. Don't do this to People. Inform Diners about EXTRAS in case they are unaware like we were! Also be aware that not everyone is a Millionaire. Ignorance is not Bliss & all of this took both my Daughter & I by surprise!! To anyone reading this, please be aware & don't take anything for granted with this Restaurant. Forwarned is Forearmed , so my message is Be Careful when ordering anything!! To the Reception Staff, please be more respectful in...

Often visiting for special events, with previously great experiences, this last visit was underwhelming. The money we paid for our meal and service did not equate. Despite sending direct feedback to Biviano's there was no acknowledgement and hence we are posting publicly.

Despite noting the booking was to celebrate a birthday, no acknowledgment was made when we arrived or during the meal - we had to ask if it was possible for a candle to be included with dessert We had to flag down a waiter to order drinks - despite empty glasses sitting around for some time When the cocktail was served it was pronounced as "a cocktail with green stuff" by our waitress Over a 20 min period, we had to ask twice for water - which we then had to pour ourselves when it finally came We had to enquire when our mains were coming - the entire table was growing weary waiting The sirloin steak was disappointing - full of sinew the meals didn't come out in a usual flow, with our kids having completed their meal before we got our mains. It got to the point where we ordered the kids dessert as we started our main. We would usually order dessert ourselves but didn't wish to add the additional expense nor had time to digest mains before having to head off. At the conclusion of the meal, no one asked how it was. the bathrooms were terrible- toilets weren't flushing, the plunger sat visible underneath the basin which was strange... but then the fact they weren't flushing made it clear. The toilet seats were broken and swayed.

If you are going to charge fine dining prices, make sure you staff your restaurant with an appropriate number of properly trained staff. Despite being a repeat customer, I was so disappointed with the $300 I had to spend for a very disappointing experience, we will not be back...

Overpriced Restaurant and Poor customer Service totally ruined our evening..Spare yourself from the horror!!

After being under COVID lock down, we decided to celebrate a milestone with some friends at this restaurant. Our experience here was far from being enjoyable given how much we spent.

  1. We asked to see a wine sommelier to recommend us a special wine but he did not have the courtesy to come and speak with us.
  2. The staff sneaked in a different wine bottle to what we had asked for. We accidentally found that out but they did not bother telling us and still charged the same.
  3. Being a fine dining restaurant, we weren't even asked if we wanted to have any desert or coffees. Obviously , no menus were given to us.
  4. The bill came to the table within seconds after finishing mains.
  5. They reluctantly served us desert but while we were eating, they started vacuuming around us giving us every hint that we should leave. We could not even have a decent conversation.
  6. Nobody bothered to ask us about coffees at all.
  7. Restaurant website says dinner times are 5 pm till late but we were asked to leave around 10 pm on a Saturday night. This is ridiculous!! 8)On providing written feedback to the restaurant , the manager did not have the courtesy to even call us back.

Honestly, don't waste your time and money at this overrated restaurant in Dural..There are other places around where you will have a...

Well what a pleasure it wa to visit bivianos for valentines. I wanted something special and that’s exactly what we got. I’m so pleased we choose to go there. What I noticed was that they staggered the dinners so not to overwhelm the kitchen it was busy but not noisey. The devour was first class S was the service. The selected menu options where of exquisite examples of 5 star. I wasn’t expecting something so nice so close to home. Can’t wait to try there normal Italian menu. The garden setting felt like a botanical garden with nice smelling floating shrubs , nicely pruned shrubs and excellent photo backdrop opportunities. Price was as expedited to be on the upper side given that it was valentines festivities. A violinist named Anna was lovely to listen to , smiling at everyone whilst enjoying her art. Her taste in attire was first class Wait staff where on the ball and courteous and well instructed on there duties. Thank you bivianos. Love is in the air thanks to you both Raj and Hanna. Will defiantly be recommending you to my clients at CUT OF CLASS mens / ladies salon hair cutting at West Pennant Hills.

Biviano's has exquisite decor, aided by great lighting, some spectacular views (especially during sun set) and great service to boot. I wasnt able to take too many pictures but trust me the food itself was delightfully presented and while one cant quite fault with it, you can get better Italian in inner west suburbs like Leichhardt. The wine options were plentiful and the chianti we chose was divine. The only dish that wasnt quite upto the mark was the pizza which was a little burned and just plain basic. Also, we were a bit rushed towards the end as they intended to close much early that day given it was a public holiday. All in all, given the place isn't crazy expensive like some other fine dinnings in the city (we paid about $380 for a group of 4), the decor, location and service makes it a place definitely worth visiting in the North West.

We came here as a family for a birthday celebration lunch. The lawns between the car park and the large modern building are so well maintained and welcoming. As we enter the place, we can feel a sense of grandeur, with the high ceilings, glass sides, the decorative items in the hall, all complimenting each other. We had a few drinks, followed by starters, mains and sides and desserts, all shared between us diners. Starters: bruschetta, arancini balls and zucchini blossoms Mains: roast cauliflower, chargrilled veggie stack, pumpkin ravioli Sides: potatoes and salad Each item was well presented and delicious. The staff - Sam and Bev - looked after us very well, and were attentive and courteous. All in all, it was a very satisfying lunch at Biviano’s. The 30-minute drive from Western Sydney to this restaurant is also excellent and relaxing.
