Smoked pulled pork with creamy slaw and BBQ sauce in a soft damper roll. Our Carolina style pork shoulders are seasoned with traditional red sweet/heat seasoning and smoked for 10 hours over ironbark log fire until the meat is fall apart tender.
250gram Mixed Plate - $28.5
Smoked beef brisket slices and burnt ends (if available) and smoked pulled pork topped with BBQ sauce. Includes a side salad and soft damper roll. Our beef briskets and pork are traditionally seasoned and smoked for 10-12 hours over ironbark log fire until tender and delicious.

Great food made with so much love. We ordered the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs that was preordered. It literally falls off the bone and has an amazing smoky aroma. Had such a warm and friendly vibe that is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a solid bbq feed. We went during winter so it was quite cold. They have blankets that they offer to provide. They have plenty of outside covered seating and parking. Keen to come next time for another American bbq fix 👏

Dave is super friendly. Ive tried both the Prestons and Padstow locations. I ordered the mixed plate with brisket beans on the side. Fatty brisket. Smokey pulled pork. Flavourful bark with crispy edges. I requested for less bbq sauce as I wanted to taste the smokey flavour of the meat. The pricing is justified as I can tell a lot of work is put into each piece of BBQ. The photos don’t do it justice - give this one a try!
