Was at this coffee shop on 23 December 2024 and my husband ordered me a Soy hot chocolate. Watched the Barrista make it and used normal milk carton. When the hot chocolate was brought to me I complained and he became very aggressive towards me. He said I ordered skim milk and I corrected him. The female staff member said she spoke to me twice when I had never spoken to her as my husband ordered and he was still being abusive towards me in an open area for people for other people to hear. Then when my husband came back he was abusive to him as well. I am disabled and I use a walker and I have health issues and I cannot have dairy. Absolutely disappointing. The owner just kicked us out rudely as i was getting my coffee off of him. I bought some sushi from the supermarket and just wanted a nice coffee as a treat. He said no food if you are not buying from him even though im trying to lose weight and didn't want to eat the food they provided. I would have accepted this if for the fact he was so aggressive about it. He wouldn't refund my coffee either which was disappointing as i didn't really want to buy a coffe from someone who just abused me. I wish there was a no star rating.
