The whole experience was amazing! Firstly, I needed to reschedule the day of our photos. Ashley was so understanding and such a pleasure to deal with. She offered me multiple options for rescheduling. On the day of our photos, she was waiting outside and immediately welcomed us in. She was kind, professional and patient as we tried to get my toddler to smile for photos. The studio itself was stunning! Santa was warm and friendly. The photos were sent less than 12 hours after we had them taken and we received 12 photos in total. The quality of the photos is incredible! I could not be happier.
