Did love this shop once upon a time but in the last 6 months it's gone down hill. Not only am I constantly missing things from my order but last night as I waited for my order I watched as the lady with bright coloured hair proceeded to pick chips from the hot bar, eat them and then lick her fingers afterwards and still handle my food ? Absolutely disgusted and after 3 years of taking my money here atleast weekly, I'll never return again. Owners need to tidy up the staff and get it back to how it was a few months ago. Oh where do I start with this place. I work in the center so this place makes choosing lunch so much easier. I have tried their chicken grilled wrap,schnitzel wrap, 1/4 chicken with garlic sauce and pita bread, chicken schnitzel and chips with packet chilli sauce, cream potato, potato scallops, pesto pasta salad and Caesar salad and they have never disappointed me. The food is always so fresh and good. The customer service is good. Waiting time can vary depending on how busy they are but I can see staffs working hard to get it done quicker as possible. Bad service from a lady with dark hair. Was very rude and I kept telling her my order and she kept getting it wrong. Then I paid for it and saw the price and realised I paid for another thing I didn’t ask for. Then when I told her I wanted the burger with the lot she got very angry and had an attitude.
