Broaster Chicken St Marys — Restaurant in Sydney

I am a regular for this Broaster Shop. Every 2nd Sat i have bought from here for our team who works late hours. for last 2 occasion and today I have seen some very rude behaviours from Staff serving. Today there were only 2 customers in shop. The guy ahead of me ordered chicken wing meal. hearing that i ordered the same for my lunch. We stood there for 33 minutes after ordering the food and no other customers came at that time of late lunch. I said to the staff " you guys are very slow" as a feed back. The level of lip service the 2 staff gave back, i felt like giving my food back and telling her to keep the money as well. When i opened my meal box in car...it had 5 pieces of wings that was overcooked, unsalted, and a bit longer fried chips from the colour. The staff kept of saying loudly we will not accept this behaviour. I could not see any behaviour but a simple feed back...with only 2 customers and 33 minutes "you guys are slow. and we could clearly see why those 2 staff were slow. I loved the St mary's Broaster previously. I live in Bella Vista...blacktown is near but i chose to go there and got this shameless act. I WILL NEVER COME BACK BUT GOOD LUCK TO OWNERS....I will be telling to all the boys we work together on Sat and for the Mosque boys I used to pre-order from St Mary's. Its a shame that some Food place have staff who have absolute no respect for good...

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE WAITING TIME.

25/12/22 - The young guy at the counter was extremely rude and not accommodating. I had an extremely negative experience today and will not be going back.

After I had placed an order, I wanted to add an extra chicken and upgrade to a large gravy and was told I wasn't able to change my order.

The young guy then proceeded to take orders after me offering customers FREE products. When I went to pick up my order which was OVER 40 MINITES WAIT and I had questioned him on WHY HE WAS GIVING AWAY FREE PRODUCTS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT NOT ACCOMODATING TO UPGRADE MY ORDER WHEN I WAS WILLING TO PAY, he said he knew the customers who he has given free products to. I strongly do not believe that he had known the last 3 customers he had given free product to and why his service was significantly nicer to the others when he was extremely rude to me. Secondly to the owner, your staff is giving away your products for free - you should take note of your inventory.

I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service. This has happened to me the second time now and I will not be going back. The over 40 minute wait alone is not worth it. I will be returning to KFC where they are fair on all customers and offer better...

We are regular customers ,the food is usually amazing and we order the same thing every time .

Tonight we brought breasted chicken from ST Mary’s ,

We ordered ….

5 broaster pieces 6 tenders with gravy 1 Original tortilla wrap combo We paid over $40 for our meals and we usually pay $30-$40 every time we come to the shop

Our disappointment was… The wrap was burnt - to the point where the wrap was a taco shell and cold chicken Chips with the combo were severely burnt and cold

All 5 broaster piece’s were Severely burnt to the point where the skin was hard to eat and super super crunchy and burnt (dark brown and black )

6 tenders 1 piece of the tender was a chicken wing instead of a tender and had a bone in it and my boyfriend hurt his tooth biting into it as he has sensitive teeth . Gravy with this meal was freezing cold as if it had just come out of the fridge .

We expect either a complete refund or instore credit due to this happy to supply photos regarding this review .
