$2.50 for a babycccino’s cup was filled with foam so light I could tip the cup upside down and nothing came out. I spoke to the girl at the counter and she said “this is how we make them here”. I asked for some more milk so my child could drink it… she added cold milk and pictured is the result - My child hadn’t even taken a single sip and this is what they charged $2.50 for… The cold milk broke down the airy foam and not even a quarter of the cup was full. I’ve bought babyccino’s for children for years and never been presented with an empty cup with foam! I was given old looks and attitude by the ladies at the service counter. I ordered two coffees and eggs on toast to dine in. It took around 15 minutes to receive the food, which was quite disappointing and didn’t taste good at all. The first coffee arrived five minutes after the food, and the second one came another seven minutes later.

When I asked the waitress which coffee she brought first (as I had ordered one oat latte and one regular latte), she quickly said “latte” and seemed to be in a rush. I specifically asked if it was the oat latte, and she said yes—but once I started drinking it, I realized it wasn’t. Seven minutes later, she brought the actual oat latte but again didn’t say what it was.

The coffee itself was very poor in quality—no real coffee taste, just foam. Overall, this place needs serious improvement in both service...

Can't fault the service, owner is always lovely, polite & friendly & accommodating. It's unfortunate the last two times I've been let down by subpar tasting meals. Presentation great but that's it. Toasted cheese, tomato, avocado sandwich gad barely any cheese, tomato was Luke warm & anyone who knows how to make a Toasted sandwich knows the avocado needs a friendly Squash & mash up to soften the texture of a Toasted sandwich...no salt or pepper just blah..took couple of bites & left . 2nd time kitchen staff have made "blah yawn" food...but great coffee & service...
