Burgers On Broadway Gladesville — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve been into burgers on broadway multiple times and everytime I have the staff don’t seem interested to be there they are so quite when taking your order you have to ask them to repeat what they have said. Yesterday topped it off went in there and they were rude not interested again and it seems that uber eats/DoorDash which ever it is gets top priority over someone actually making the effort to come Into the store had to wait 20 mins for my food never asked me if I wanted salt on my chip just loaded them on there so I couldn’t eat them. Up your customer service game guys maybe start looking after the people coming in or you won’t be open for much longer. You’ve lost us we won’t ever purchase anything...

Disappointed. Ordered a kentucky burger and chicken avocado wrap with chips. The burger had too much mayo and no seasoning. The wrap had no seasoning at all with no sauce. Just tasted like boiled chicken with mushy tasteless avocado in a tasteless wrap (not grilled). Was hoping for more. Have had home delivery from you guys before and it was perfect and delicious.

Chips had very little seasoning and tasted blah.

Hoping it will be better next time. Very happy that you guys have set up here.

Great burger spot. We were pleasantly surprised with this place. Burgers were delicious and they are the burger we hope for and often don't get.

Chips here are really good and add to your meal. Chips are a must get.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was quickly cooked fresh. Small dine in area and had lots of locals which you know the nuts be doing something right to have people at most tables.
