Read more2 Doors Down does most things well: cute place and good location, good drinks and food, reasonably priced... But, in my opinion, where I think they stand out is the amazing customer service and how the owners and the rest of the staff take their time to make you feel welcome and taken care.
From the very first visit a few weeks ago when I was simply checking out their menu, to the most recent one a week or so ago, the staff has made me feel welcomed and wanting to come back to support their business. Read moreThe cafe takes excessively long time to serve. I was there to pick up my Uber Eats order and the restaurant haven’t even prepared it by then. Kept me waiting for almost 25 minutes and every time I asked when the order will be ready they said 5 more minutes. They weren’t polite enough to say a courtesy “Sorry for the delay”. The lady at the counter seemed very cold when I said I have been waiting for around 25 mins already. Instead of being nice and apologetic she was like “Someone else will pick up the order if you don’t.” That’s not how you behave with your Uber Eats delivery pick up driver. If you’re warm towards your in house customers try being the same with everyone who cooperates to help you run your business. Some things just cannot be taught at this age. Hope they will try to improve their service...
