Donut King St Marys Village Kiosk 8 — Restaurant in Sydney

Went in the other day with my daughter and ordered a hot dog. Firstly the manager was grabbing the younger workers hand and managing her in a very abusive way, speaking loudly to her, grabbing her hand and showing her how to put the bun on the hot dog heater etc. this was my first wowza moment, poor worker, she looked like she was new and being treated so poorly :( Secondly, the hotdog came came with tomato sauce, I didn’t ask for tomato sauce so I simply asked if she could just take the sauce off for me, I didn’t really mind just give me a bit of tissue to wipe it off whatever easy, I wasn’t that fussed. The manager ended up making a new one which I appreciated but while she was making a new one I WATCHED THE OTHER LADY THROW OUT THE BUN, WASH THE SAUSAGE THAT HAD SAUCE ON IT AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE OTHERS! What if someone is allergic to sauce/tomato sauce? absolutely disgusting. Will never eat from here again. Have been eating from here for years but not anymore. If they can handle food like this, infront of customers, what do they do...

Actually shocked this store has a rating of 4.2. Been here before and the service is terrible. Ordered a smoothie and 1 donut, the manager/owner said to me that 1 donut is the same price as two donuts so I may as well get two, so I said no worries. I got my smoothie and received my donuts after waiting 10 minutes for them and there was only ONE donut in the packet, I asked the manager where the second donut was and she said “oh you only wanted one” I said to her “yeah until you told me getting two is the same price as getting one” what an idiot!

Today I went back again and wanted to order, I was waiting at the front counter and there was no one around. The manager was on her phone so I made a couple of cough noises to alert her that I was there.. she slowly turns around while her eyes were still stuck to the phone.. I decided to just walk off, that’s her loss, nice to know her phone is more important then her customers.

Do not go to this place and do not give business to them! I will never go here again it’s...

Today while with a client we asked for 2 coffees one donut 🍩 and one sausage roll. The women serving us was so rude and we had to repeat ourselves 4 times. In the end I asked her what she had put on the tally of our order as we had no clue what she had added to the order. She was in her 40s to 50s and when she bought over the sausage roll she almost slammed it on the table. When we seen the Manager to complain, she didn't seem to be bothered only saying that it's hard to get decent staff. Blaming service on younger staff. Which there were none there today. All were 30 plus. I couldn't believe how damned roud she was , she didn't even seem to care about customers. Both the Manager or the staff...
