Important: This restaurant staff is very rude to the delivery pickup person. I have been here for a pickup, greeted them nicely and later while leaving the restaurant after safely picking the order I heard something(bad) from behind of me from an employee! I asked him “Sorry, you said something”? He replied, “go do your delivery why would I talk to you? I was speaking somebody else in the restaurant.” To which I said, “Sorry I thought you were saying me something”. And started leaving.
Then he asks me to stop and took out the order from my delivery bag saying that it’s his property and he don’t want me for the delivery. He asked me to leave the restaurant and I left the restaurant reported this incident to the uber eats later.
Btw: I know maybe I might get a negative response as other uber delivery partners got replies. He can be the owner, manager or anyone of this restaurant but believe me or not there was no mistake from my side for all this. I got a good delivery rating(96%) and he was saying I was rude to him and he started threatening me by saying that he will report to the delivery partner and that he got evidence. (Employees in this restaurant) to speak on his behalf.
Advice: If you really think uber eats or any delivery guys are destroying your reputation then please don’t use the uber food delivery service. Just Stop using it dude. Meanwhile try not to call me again and threaten me. This time I can drag you to the court if I hear any bad word from you. I hope you understand my...
Read moreOrdered off ubereats after reading wonderful reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not the same, The can of coke was room temperature, and no, not from sitting next to a warm meal, it was room temp with no condensation or warm/cool patches that you would expect. The cheesy garlic bread (was nothing like the photo) but still satisfactory. And the lasagna, which cost $25 looked like a dog's breakfast, was stone cold in the middle, and it was obvious that it had been heated in a microwave - definitely not the quality I was expecting from a $36 meal, plus uber delivery fee
To be putting the blame on Ubereats is such a cop-out. I'm sure if you spoke to any of the staff working Sunday night they'd let you know there was an issue of sorts where a room temp coke was sent out, anyways forget the coke, whilst I couldn't enjoy it with my dinner it has been put in a fridge to have tonight.
My issue still remains with the quality of lasagna, I would have been embarrassed sending out that food to a customer! After waiting 60mins a dog's breakfast arrived, it was stone cold in the middle with grease + fats pooling around the sides, arrived in a plastic container (not a foil tray as you would expect) all consistent with a frozen microwaved meal. After paying $25 and waiting 60 mins for food preparation, plus 6 mins delivery wouldn't you expect a...
Read moreSo disappointing! We have been regulars here for awhile and have found the food has definately changed... tonight we waited 2 hours for a delivery! We called after an hour and a half of waiting just to see if it was close by and were told another 5-10 minutes, another 30 minutes passed and nothing. Called and asked where it was mainly because it was getting late and our friends we had over were starving and my kids had fallen asleep! If I knew it was going to take this long (maybe update the estimated wait time) I would have ordered elsewhere. When I called It was literally sorry we are busy won't be long twice I called... the lady who answered could tell I was clearly upset and could not care less. This happened the exact same scenario a few months back and my husband was hesitant to order again from here as it was over a 2 hour wait last time but we gave the benefit of the doubt and gave it another go. Definately won't be coming back again especially since we have just opened the box and the pizza is burnt and not even warm! I have never written a review before this and I am not one to normally mention if I am upset but this is ridiculous. Atleast acknowledge the complaint. I hope you do...
