One thing I have observed from these reviews, is the fact that there has been no feedback from the owner to answer or apologise to their consumers. That in itself is a poor behaviour and bad customer service. We only ordered the chips and chicken tenders and they had just come out. Cost us $26 for 6 tenders, medium chips and two cans of drink. Sorry but that is way overpriced when you compare to Broasters or Crispy Chicken for $17 for the same thing. We started eating and noticed that two of the fillets were darker than the others and they were tough. You could tell that these tenders kept going underneath the fresh ones and ended up over cooking due to the heat lamps. I took it back to the owner and there was no apology and when he gave us replacements he just threw the tenders and walked off. Rude and unprofessional. Can’t handle criticism because they obviously think their products are perfect. Well your staff need to learn how to FIFO - first in first out. The oldest food production concept. The wrap I ordered today was simply placed as orgasmic. It was a tricky order to test a worker named romeo. But damn he makes some finger-licking good food. The order, dubbed "Baby come back", is one that flavour has a change with each bite and leaves you feeling like a food coma and wanting a more of this sudden delicacy. Something I would try over and over again, fresh, cooked before your eyes, period restock so all ingredients is the best. This is a one bite and your hooked to this business.
