Having just moved to the area a little over a year ago, my first stop was to find the best coffee in town. I can not function without my morning double shot almond latte (I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur if you ask me). I tried all the cafes in the area and was surprised how the quality of the coffee and food varied considerably from cafe to cafe. I'm pleased to say that the Little Bean cafe not only has the best coffee in town, but I was blown away by the high level of service, cleanliness, quality of food and the speed to which my coffee and food orders were always delivered. My father in law came with me one day and said the coffee is the best that he has ever had (and he is very fussy when it comes to his coffee!) The ladies who normally serve me (Katie and Gabby) are always extremely friendly, fast and helpful. The cafe can get quite busy and popular but the level of service does not decline, which is a tribute to the lovely people that work here. The food is always fresh and delicious and they are more than happy to accomodate my picky requests; no bread, extra salmon with my eggs :) I'm so glad to have found a family run business that delivers exceptional food, service and most importantly amazing coffee! I now go here everyday for my coffee, some great conversation and laughs and beautifully fresh and delicious food! Thanks Kerry, Jess, Katie and Gabby for always making me feel like part of the Little Bean family and for always serving me my much needed coffees and gorgeous...
Read moreIt was not worth the money!!!! Chicken avocado sandwich was very ordinary for a cafe, chicken wasn’t filled (not enough) on the sandwich. Very stingy on portion of avocado and chicken, but big hearted on bread slice 😂 (very thick slice), wasn’t toasted property!! Seems like the cafe owner is saving money on electricity by not using the toaster. Woolies makes better sandwiches than this. Paid $24.45 for pancake with nutella and banana and so called avocado sandwich with cheese, a baby chino and medium cap!
Stop spending money on 5 staff behind the counter which you don’t need!! Spend money on portion and satisfying customers with food, so you can make money to pay 5 staff!!!
Don’t know about there other menu item, but these items are not satisfying at all!!! Definitely not coming back, was just a one off visit as the wife was getting a test done at medical centre.
Surprisingly the place started getting busy around 9, as I was writing the review (may be that’s why they have 5 staff behind the counter). But the point is, please make the sandwich better. You can definitely do this. Not a rocket science, improve it.
Wait not done yet, just tried the pancake from my daughter. Despite having nutella and banana it was...
Read moreDISGUSTING EXPERIENCE AT THIS CAFE.
Went to this cafe for brunch with my 2 year old son who is non verbal, developmentally delayed and possibly autistic.
Whilst he was playing in the play are near the cafe and screaming a little bit as he was over excited, a lady who worked at the cafe came up to my son twice, saying santa is coming and for him to be quite and if he isn’t he is getting a sack of potatoes for Christmas. Not long after she walks by me and calls security or someone at the centre about my son, saying “come down here now”. A beautiful lady I met at the play area stuck up for me and went to her at the cafe and told her about my sons challenges, the lady responds with “well if that’s the case she needs to have respect for others and take him somewhere outside”.
Mortified, I quickly packed my things feeling the stares from the people who worked at the cafe, held my tears and walked away.
Still processing what happened and I wish I had the courage to stick up for my son who was just having such a fun time. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no understanding for a mother who is already at...
