Sushi Hub Mt Annan — Restaurant in Sydney

I am horrified and annoyed! Custommers are getting ripped off. Don't just take it folks! Have your say! I have been a regular customer at Mt Annan Market Place for several years. Always enjoyed the long sushi rolls, which filled the small takeaway paper bag to the top and it was hard to close it up due to the length. Does anyone relate to this? Last week, for the first time, the person serving me trimmed the ready made tuna salad sushi roll by a big piece, that was not yet in the serving window, I watched her do it. When she put it in the bag it disappeared, and only HALF FILLED the paper bag (7.5" long, or 19cm long) at the usual $4.60 price??? I questioned her about the small size. She replied, that it was the same as always, the size of the seaweed. This is clearly not true, as I have been buying this same roll for months and months and it is obvious that they have reduced the size to almost half. According to internet searches, the average size of a single sushi roll is meant to be 7 to 8 inches (18 to 20 cm) long, which is the advertised size. So what happenned? Mine was 4" long (10cm). That's ridiculous!!! They need to stop deceiving their customers. This is a new price gouge that they dishonesly deny putting into place. It is totally wrong, and unfair. They loose my business. Ordered Sushi Hub via Uber Eats, Upon arrival I noticed that i was missing more than half of my order. I called the restaurant to explain that more than half had not been sent. The owner proceeded to tell me that he had infact sent it and that i was lying and then proceeded to tell me that the UBER Driver had STOLEN my food.

Which is absurd, I am absolutely mortified that he accused someone of theft without knowing anything. He then proceeded to tell me that my Uber driver had gone back and questioned it. If it wasn't for my driver going back he would never had replaced my meal.

Bought a mixed seafood salad it had 3 little cubes of avocado and 3 little cubes of salmon not worth the 9.80 I paid. Customer service was terrible I had to ask for bag and fork. Young girl serving was very unpleasant
