Chill hub — Restaurant in Sydney

Chill Hub’s ice cream is one of the best that I’ve tried. Their flavour is so in depth, not sweet like sugar. You can truly appreciate the flavour. It is also very smooth and creamy too ! Way way way better than those supermarkets bought ones.

Spoke to the boss. He spent much effort and time R&D on the flavour, hence the boost in flavour. Also they only use premium ingredients, only Australian Dairy is used. If you are lucky, their seasonal durian ice cream is a must try ! You woulld deal like a fresh piece of durian melting in your mouth, literally !

So far i have tried Taro, Matcha, Hochija, Durian. Haven't found another brand that can beat Chill Hub yet ! I’m glad I have found Chill Hub. this is my go to ice cream...

The taro ice cream had a smooth, creamy texture with a subtle earthy flavor. The natural purple color was eye-catching and made it even more enjoyable to eat. I would recommend trying it at least once for the unique taste.

The Matcha green tea ice cream use a quality matcha powder so the green colour is so beautiful and strong green tea taste. The matcha ice cream turns out satiny smooth and creamy. I like the sweet and always love to eat more.

This is my second time here, really enjoy the food and atmosphere. A good place for me time or for a small group of friends gathering.

The Tom Yum Prawn pasta is surprise me. Never thought tom yum could go with pasta and that actually pairs really well.

The second dish we had was Five-Spice Beef Cheek. The beef cheek is braised until very tender, and the sauce together with the mashed potatoes is perfectly matched.
