Recently renovated looks fantastic, but the new crew and staff were totally hopeless, these newer teens have no service experience like the before renovated front counter team. I ordered 8 piece original recipe family deal and asked them if I could request to have at least 2 legs for my younger boys and he said they're running behind on all chicken orders and just have to receive random pieces. Upon collecting my online order and going home to find lots of oil dripping out of box into paperbag and leaking through onto my car seat. 8 pieces of 3 smaller than average wing portions, 3 breast pces with super oily dark skin fallen off flesh on the 2 pieces and 1 rib portion broken bones with the last 8th piece was a tiny thigh piece also super oily and darker skinned almost burnt type. I thought 1 whole chook will give a decent 8 pieces 2 of each portion. New chips was good. Nuggets also soggy crumbed skin fallen off meat. This newly renovated and replaced team have no knowledge experience in delivering good service and quality cooked KF chicken and fast food service is shocking these 3 times round. Read more10/10/24 around 10pm, My husband ordered from the app and choose to pick up at KFC North Ryde and ask me to get it for him while he's waiting in the car with our lil boy. It took 30 minutes or so for them to sort out the order, 2 of the girls keep telling me it will be ready in 2 minutes while both keep checking on my husband's phone for the order and the proof of transaction from the bank as they couldn't see the order from the system. I couldn't keep waiting so asked my husband to get his kfc instead and i waited in the car where our lil boy was sleeping. When i saw that my husband still waiting and show his phone again to them, I just lost it! Why do we have to wait that long for fast food? And why the manager was not called in the first place if the staff can't handle with their system error? Why telling me it will be ready in 2 minutes when they don't even have the order in their system? And the manager told me that's its okay? No! How is that okay? I will avoid this KFC at all cost! Read moreI use this store on regular basis ,in terms of customer service staff are mostly teenagers and majority of them trying their best to please customers time to time store manager trying to help but not in a professional manner ,so there is lack of management skills ,if you dont ask for bag you might not get one for your drinks and sides although thats not applying to all of the staff.interms of food chicken is ok !not the best!
