We went with my wife and my daughter of 11 months to this restaurant just 2 hours ago. We arrived around 21:00 and as we saw on the menu that the restaurant closed at 11pm, we were quite confident that we had time to have dinner. At 10:05pm we were eating our main dish when we saw one of the waiter cleaning the floor, putting all the tables above the others. This was fine until they wide opened the front door / window, with 9 degrees C outside. We asked the waitress to close it arguing that we were not finished, but nothing happened. I asked her to at least close the door because I was afraid our 11 months baby was cold but nothing happened. At last we paid and left, but we couldn t go through the main entrance because all the bunches they just put into the restaurant prevented us from leaving. At last I had to carry my straller out to be able to leave. It was 22:25. I shared my disappointment to one of the waiter, who didn t even apologise!! The food was actually ok, but the way we have been forced to leave was unacceptable. If the landlord of this restaurant read this message, I hope he understands that people read the menu and the opening time. The least he could do is to tell us in advance that he planned to close early or at the very least apologise, especially when we were carrying a baby of 11 months. I don t know if this restaurant is popular or not but it looks that customer satisfaction is not his primary concern. 11Pm is 11 PM. It is not 10PM or even 10:30 PM. It is the first time this happens to me. To be honest it is even the first time I put a comment on social media. But I will never come back again to...
Read moreWorst customer service I have experienced In Australia. Would give 0 stars if I could. A female staff were super rude and took part of our order as takeaway instead of dining in, the reason we were given was that “it is your responsibility to inform us if you are dining in or takeaway, I’ve been working here for 30 years I know what am I doing.” even though we were sitting at the table outside the whole time.
I’m also a hospitality worker, and I know how stressful it is on a busy night, but you should never put the blame on your customer for the mistakes you have made, the first question you ask when you taking a order should always be “are you dining in or takeaway? Which table are you sitting at?”, and all these drama could have...
Read moreI have ordered from Christos many times and loved the pizzas. So tonight ordered 2 large and Greek salad- all just awful. Pizzas dry and cardboard. Salad tiny and tiny bit of feta. 2 olives in Greek salad. All just bad! Most went in rubbish bin. Why Christos? U been so good before. Burnt crust. Very limited topping on pizzas. Worst pizza than I did a home one. Bill $63 for 2 pizzas and Greek salad. I will call cristos tomorrow to discuss. Didn’t say anything in front of my guests. Embarrassed. No cheese. No tomatoe base. No provolone cheese as promised on new fungi. Dry. Just dry and like cardboard. Why???...
