This place had the worst customer experience ever. We ordered a pasta dish for our mains which was extremely salty and inedible. We provided the feedback to the owners who were extremely rude and unapologetic. Horrible food and customer service experience . Do not recommend !
Response to your post:
Firstly, the dish we offered was SO salty that it was inedible, and we did not touch the plate. You offered fresh truffle on top of the dish which we accepted but AT NO POINT did you advise that it was$25 per person for fresh truffle (almost the same price as the $32 pasta dish ) and no where was it written on your menu. When we complained to the wait staff that it was salty, you advised you would remake it with less salt. If YOU KNEW the dish was salty because of the cheese, being the experts and the owners you should have suggested that we try a different dish. INSTEAD you remade the dish which tasted exactly the same. We provided the same feedback and there was no sympathy from your staff or owner that we hadn't touched our food. After that we requested the bill and were shocked to find that there was $50 of truffle charges and the pasta dish on the bill. We politely requested for the bill to be reduced as we did not eat the dish and were not aware of the truffle price. After much back and forth with your staff, you did not agree. After that we paid the ENTIRE bill but did state that we were not happy with the service so we would be posting a bad review. At this moment, the owner started yelling at us and rudely abusing us infront of the whole restaurant
It is well within our right to write a bad review for HORRIBLE customer service. We paid the full bill and did not enjoy our food at all. I think it is absolutely disgusting behaviour for grown men to speak to customers, especially young ladies so rudely. From a business perspective it shows you have no understanding of customer service and as human being it shows you have shady and poor character . Please learn to take criticism and how to respectfully...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Good: Our work Christmas dinner was held here, and from the moment we arrived, we were seated perfectly for a group of seven in a bustling, vibrant restaurant. The atmosphere truly captured the meaning of La Cenettaāa warm, informal meal shared between friends. Every dish we shared was made with love and care, and the desserts⦠oh, the desserts. The sesame seed cannoli was an absolute standout.
The Room for Improvement: Honestly, not much to fault. Since theyāve updated their menu, I canāt rave about every specific dish we had, but it just gives me an excuse to return and discover whatās new. Maybe next time Iāll write down the names instead of just rolling into a food coma.
Would I Return? Absolutely. Iād come back in a heartbeat to experience more of what Cipri has to offer. Whether it's a special event or a casual dinner, itās a spot worth revisitingāespecially for that cheese and fruit platter finale.
The Verdict: In conclusion, Cipri Italian delivers a memorable dining experience with authentic Italian hospitality. If youāre after beautifully crafted food in a welcoming setting, itās worth a visit. Just make sure you save room for dessert⦠trust me...
