They have terrible customer service, today 06/19/2025 I was there and I ordered a sandwich and I specified how I wanted it and when it was time to serve my order they sent it to me very reluctantly and when I went to the woman who serves there and told her that that was not what I ordered, this woman very reluctantly replied that she did not make refunds and I returned the sandwich and told her that I was not asking for the money back I only wanted to be served what I ordered and not what they felt like serving me and after such a bad moment the very shameless woman comes up to tell me that I had a bad attitude for having upset me for not wanting to eat a sandwich that had ingredients that I...

Worst cafe ever. The staff cannot speak or understand english. We ordered soy cappuccinos, and though one the staff confirmed it and repeated it to me, she still gave us wrong order with regular milk cappuccinos and we have lactose allergy. The same staff who was of Indian origin lied about the order when confronted and said there was no “soy milk” mentioned in the order though she herself repeated it to me when i first ordered. She even refused to replace the remake the order for us. ⭕️⭕️ The short girl was unprofessional. I asked her for an empty cup so I could pour my own water, and she said it was only for coffee. After she realized we had ordered coffee, she said, “Okay, I’ll bring it with the coffee.” But when she brought the coffee, she didn’t bring the cup. When we asked again, she looked annoyed and brought it over coldly—no smile, no humility.
