Domino's Pizza Campbelltown — Restaurant in Sydney

Hello everyone this is an older photo of me when I was 98kg ha yeah I scrub up ok haha.. however I put that up for the staff of this wonderful dominos.. there was two beautiful outstanding ladies on shift last night kahlan and er I slipped the recall on the other lovely lady and the gentlemen made me feel so welcome they even listened to a few tracks of mine as I like to be known as the autistic healing musician. why am I taking the time to Make a great review, I will tell you, to the ceo of dominos, I havnt had alot of luck in society because im such a huge butterfly and I love lifting everyone up since iv lived a very dark painful 42 yrs of a huge medical story with my son. my son was in hospital 3 half yrs guys 2 yrs in icu alone I passed a syndrome down to him and thats enough dark guilt to hold on your shoulders and his non verbal severely autistic but the best warrior.. jay and I have vcfs 22q11 autism. I want to share this so hopefully the ceo of dominos will see this amazing review. I have been meaning to do a great review for a while. when you care for a child of very high special needs past 18 yrs you end up very broken and sore, tired exhausted yet dominos have been my go to for yrs now, for the past 18 yrs I hate to know how much emotional eating both jays mum and I have done. however to dominos, ceo and all staff.. yes I know your a cheaper option for pizza and for that in this inflation I want to personally thank you and the business of dominos for the chance for families to not have to spend so much for a pizza night I refuse Pizza Hut tastes so fake and I hate fake stuff. autism loves good tasting stuff.. especially emotional eating.. to ceo well done whoever you are your staff are usually always wonderful to me and make me feel so accepted.. I order pizza from here quite often as it is very close to my friends house who I spend a lot of time at, as a result of this I have seen the best and the worst of this store and I must say this is one of the better pizza establishments I have interacted with, I would like to go through some of the good and bad moments of the store in my experience so that you know what to expect from this store;

BAD A few times we have added special delivery requests to our order and the majority of the time they were not met in the slightest, one request which stands out to me is when we asked to delivery driver to go "sicko mode" when he knocked on the door, but he did not go sicko mode in the slightest. The value pizzas here suck in short, there have been so many times when we order the value pizzas but get essentially no toppings on the pizza at all, I understand that these pizzas are only $5 but they could certainly try to put more toppings on. One of the employees there always mispronounces my name or just gives up when I get pick up and its quite upsetting, and a bit disrespectful, but my name is hard to pronounce so I can't hold this against her too much.

GOOD The traditional, premium and every other pizza which isn't from the value range is fantastic, I love the pizzas that come from here which is why I continue to order from this store. The delivery drivers, while they don't fulfil the special request, do happily deal with the endless loose change we give them, and they are always very polite about the situation, so I thank the delivery drivers for their wonderful service. The store they operate in is always clean and the employees behind the counter are always able to deal with the more difficult customers with ease, as someone who has worked in a fast food job, I understand how difficult some customers can be and this Domino's deals with these customers to a standard I've never seen before, well done.

Overall I would definitely recommend this store to everyone in the region as it has outperformed other franchise pizza places in the region. Thank you to everyone from Market Fair Domino's for providing amazing...

I ordered my food online at 5 to be delivered at 6:15 When it hadn’t arrived by 6:35 I called to see what the hold up was. I was told that if I wanted an order at 6:15 I should put it through to be delivered at 6:00 I then asked if they were all coming at the same time as I did 3 orders to be delivered at the same time because I wanted the deals but had to do it separately in order to get the deals, otherwise it’s cost me more The manager said yes they were all together and on their way. When they arrived at 6:45pm, it was 1 of the 3 deals, although I was informed it was all So I called again, already annoyed from having to call previously. They then said that they hadn’t started the other two orders yet as they thought they were a joke because there was 3 orders to the same place, even though they were already paid for So instead of calling me (my number was left so they could contact me) to double check I wanted them, they just chose not to make them So then explaining my frustration and asking why they didn’t call to double check, the manager to whom I was speaking to told me I should’ve put it on one order although I explained multiple times why I did it the way I did After all this he then told me he was ending the conversation and hung up on me My food was then delivered 45 minutes later, some burnt.
