I am most glad to read that some google users have had the odd positive experience ordering from this Dominos. I, however, have not. This evening saw me ordering a few pizzas, after a long day's slog. Order went in at 6.30pm, suggested wait time for 7.13pm. All G. Time went, and no issue, except the app suggested the pizzas had been delivered. Both my partner and I were out the front on the verandah, and no pizzas in sight. We phoned, and confirmed pizzas were delivered. The broken English down the line alleged we had our pizzas and there was nothing more to be done. Following a couple of choice words, there was agreement for pizzas to be remade and delivered. Naturally, no lead time. At a bit after 8pm, we jumo in the car, and head down the road to the Dominos. "We attempted to deliver" she bemoaned, and my response, perhaps churlish, "All you had to do was open a gate and walk up the path". My partner was less condescending, and we understood our fresh pizzas were being redelivered. We got old mate on the phone, and he agreed to wait. THe only reasonable service of the evening by this lot, was the driver actually waitin the 5 minutes for us to return home. He nicely hadned us the pizzas, and promised he was not the original driver. We have binned the pizzas, because they were cold, and given their icey tempoerature, I assume no pizzas were ever remade. My partner is pregnant, and to pass off these pizzas, which had meat on them, is dangerous, and I will be making a formal complaint with the NSW food authority.
In this review, I would be remiss if I didn't make a warm recommendation to visit your nearest Pizza Hut - ours, I have just figured out, is on Parramatta Rd Stanmore.

There was only one person working apart from the drivers coming in and out with online orders. He stood behind the counter as we browsed the menus, wearing a cap with pins all over the brim. His name badge said āElijahā. We were confused by the menus because they had no prices on them, and Elijah explained that the prices change so often that they donāt bother printing them anymore. He was very patient with us even though we were acting stupid. One of us knocked the EFTPOS machine off the counter and it broke apart, but he didnāt seem to care. We helped him look for a missing part to put it back together again. Elijah turned around and began making our orders with extreme efficiency. The only thing that seemed to slow him down was having to wait for the food to cook in the ovens. I canāt imagine a robot doing his job better than he could. While we waited, we enjoyed Elijahās sad rap music, which he mouthed every word of as he worked. When everything was ready, he called our names and I felt a bit down about having to leave, although I can understand why they donāt offer dine-in seating at that particular location. Thank you to Glebe Dominoās and especially to Elijah for providing me with a beautiful human experience. The cheesy garlic bread...

Today dominoās Glebe gets the positive google review, for nothing more than a simple smile & kind genuine service. Even tho if was a cold n rainy Saturday nite & undoubtedly run off there feet with orders I was still greeted with a simple smile, buzzers & phones ringing all around, Sabin was still so warm n genuine & still asked how was my day & a quick joke about the crazy weather. It was genuine & human. Bravo. This is customer service. Sure we all like a special price & sure dominoās dominates this effortlessly but when u are served by someone that has the skill of being genuine & friendly in a rushed & busy workspace.. this is priceless & rivals the best pizza houses in Sydney.. easily. I hope Sabin & the Glebe crew get the corporate style fist bump they all deserve. Keep it up...
