Domino's Pizza Menai — Restaurant in Sydney

After waiting an hour after ordering and still not receiving my order, I decided to call the store. They asked for my phone number which I gave them and I was told that my order had not come through on their end which is why it hadn't been made yet and that I would need to wait another 30-45 mins. Dominos need to get their system checked if customer orders are not appearing on their end after 1 hour! This was almost 2 hours in total that I had to wait for my food. To top it all off, I had ordered a 'large' pizza and the pizza was small enough to be sliding around in the box. Absolute rip off for money and I was not offered any compensation at all for the extremely poor service I experienced.

Dominos will most likely respond to this review with a comment such us "'I'm sorry that your meal has not been up to our expected standards and we would like to assist you." And then proceed to ask me to send them an email so they can review my feedback. They don't care about customer feedback, because what is stated in the other reviews from this store, is that other customers have had the same problem as me and they have taken no initiative to resolve a reoccurring problem.

An appalling experience with Domino's Menai, leaving a sour taste that far surpasses the lack of our paid-for drink! Their customer service is not just bad; it's an abomination! Within minutes of realizing our order was incomplete, we were told in no uncertain terms that their incompetence was not their problem - they were "too busy" to rectify their mistake and our call was brushed off in favor of 'other customers.'

This, frankly, is inexcusable! Promises were made about delivering our forgotten drink within 30 minutes, yet what followed was 1 hour and 10 minutes of silence and absence. An appalling disregard for our time and a shocking lack of accountability!

To add insult to injury, when we requested the order to be canceled and our money returned, the store manager – in a flagrant display of rudeness and disrespect – swore at us. We were left reeling, disgusted, and out of pocket!

Our encounter with Domino's Menai was a symphony of poor service, disrespect, and blatant theft. We will never order from here again and urge others to consider...

This is the most abysmal "business" I have ever come across and the most rotten Manager I have ever dealt with. My order was delivered without the drink which I ordered and paid for. When we called Dominos to inform them they had forgotten to deliver us the drink, we were told they are too busy to attend to us and that the drink will be delivered 30 minutes after the pizza arrived. After over one hour went passed with no drink and no communication from Dominos, we called to let them know we prefer to have our money back rather than the drink be delivered over 1 hour after our meals had been finished, the Manager told us to 'F%#k off' and hung up on our face abruptly. I have never experienced such a dreadful response in customer service. This person has no care for customers, their business and no manners whatsoever. My money is still not...
