Despite waiting for an extended period, the order never arrived within the estimated delivery time. Subsequently, I attempted to contact the Domino's Pizza customer service line, but my calls were unanswered for more than ten attempts.
After persistent efforts, I finally managed to establish contact with a representative from Domino's Pizza. However, during the call, I endured approximately fifteen minutes of confusion and inefficiency as the representative struggled to locate information pertaining to my order. It is worth noting that throughout this interaction, the representative repeatedly asked if I had received a pizza, despite my clear indication that the order had never been delivered.
Eventually, after considerable delay, the representative informed me that the order had been marked as delivered. To my surprise, they claimed that a delivery person had contacted me by phone, but I stated that I did not receive any such call. I found this assertion perplexing, as the representative implied that the failure to answer the phone was the reason for the non-delivery. However, the responsibility for ensuring successful delivery lies with Domino's Pizza and its delivery personnel, not the customer.
Given the failure to deliver the order I ask if I could potentially get a refund and they said I would but it would take 3-4 days. So I requested written proof of the refund process. My request was rejected, and I was assured that the refund would be processed and I wouldn't need to worry about proof. Such a response is highly unprofessional and fails to instill confidence in Domino's Pizza's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I was subsequently directed to the store manager, who, regrettably, exhibited a similar lack of understanding and empathy. Instead of acknowledging Domino's Pizza's responsibility for the failed delivery, the manager unjustly placed the blame on me, asserting that it was my fault for not answering the call from the delivery person. I reiterate that I never received such a call, and it is unreasonable to hold me accountable for a communication breakdown on Domino's Pizza's part.
Moreover, when I requested a refund once again, the store manager refused, thereby denying me any form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by Domino's Pizza's multiple failures in this transaction. This refusal to refund is both unjust and contrary to the principles of good customer service.
They suggested that I either get it redelivered or get nothing and no refund. So I decided I wanted it to be redelivered and gave them a different phone number to ensure they would be able to call it as well if needed. It was over half an hour late when we rang the store to which a young female had stated rudely, ‘So what do you want me to do about it?’ When asked for her name so we could make an official complaint to the manager, she went silent and hung up the phone. We called twice back and she did the same thing before stating the manager was delivering our pizza and he was unreachable. She still refused to give her name to us. An hour later, the pizza still had not arrived and miraculously the store manager was available to answer the phone (so obviously not delivering our pizza). He refused to give his name initially and the staff that was on the phone earlier but promised a full refund and the pizza to be delivered hot. After stating that we are fully aware of our rights, the manager finally gave his name, Rikku. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our pizza which was cold - the delivery guy couldn’t follow simple instructions and we never received our refund. I would never go back there and highly recommend others to purchase pizzas elsewhere. Absolutely horrible experience and awful staff members with poor customer service....

I’ve never had to take the time to write a bad review about any Domino’s Pizza place but you guys left me speechless!
Overall, my pizza still tasted good but it arrived cold? You guys also got my order wrong and packed the wrong food.
Driver forgot my drink and said he would come back but I guess he went back home to sleep for the day.
Staff don’t seem to care? No communication? No one picked up my calls after this happened.
Just a shop for decoration with no quality service? Please don’t comment and say you actually care because I’ve given full feedback after I received my order. I genuinely wanted to resolve the issue but I guess it’s come to this.
P.S Guys, wake up and put yourself in your customers shoes. We pay you for food not for fun. A little disappointed I spent over $60 for garbage.
I’ll now be picking up my orders in person and purchasing my pizzas from a different location.
