Domino's Pizza Quakers Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

Today I went to the store, with last nights pizza (untouched) the store manager was very rude! I showed the SM (Prathama) the toppings on the pizza & how they don't go to the edge, & the lack of cheese (we order once a week on average, family of 5) when the SM said- to me "why do you keep coming here if you think we are so bad?" she refused to replace this pizza & said she would request a refund for the pizza through HQ after ringing the owner of the store & she came back & said that they wont be serving us in the future, (as I told her this isn't the first time that the toppings have been an issue) but it is the first time I have complained about it face to face, she refused to accept the legitimacy of the pizza I had with me today, Also noting that another person has mentioned similar issue about their toppings in this same thread! 3 weeks ago! Terrible customer service & presentation of pizza. This isn't the 1st time I've had to call the store about issues, just recently, a couple of weeks ago the order was delivered incomplete and we had to chase up the rest of the order, another time they removed a free offer that was given to us by Dominos and said contact HQ (code was used but no redemption was received) - so where did it go? they redeemed the code & then don't supply the goods? DODGY!! Another time, wrong toppings!! sadly I Had to give 1 star so I could post this!! #Dominospizza Dominos pizza are nice, its just this outlet that is unreliable with delivering consistently non decent pizzas. I didn't think it was much to ask...didn't think it was such a difficult task... evidently delivering a decent cooked a pizza is too...

My partner ordered dinner for the family. What we got was mostly correct, in the sense that it was the pizza flavours ordered and it was delivered really quickly.

The super fast delivery with pizza was a concern to me as this is a red flag that something might be off with the order.

The 3 thin crust pizzas ordered were thick crust instead. They were under cooked and all bases were soggy and doughy resulting in me having to put them in the oven to finish cooking. (defeats the purpose of take away night).

Toppings on two of the pizzas were mostly ok apart from the under cooked conditions, however, the biggest insult was them thinking its ok to put two tiny pieces of over cooked paneer instead of Camembert on a chicken and Camembert pizza. Especially when extra Camembert was ordered. The store really needs...

I used to never have issues with this store, but unfortunately it's coming to maybe 1/10 orders that it will be right (but usually means it's cold). The estimate time of delivery is always at least a minimum 25mins later (living in this town also, and having it take over an hour more at times), sometimes parts of the order are just completely missing, some of the pizzas have been the wrong toppings. We have been given a pizza sideways before so everything was off the pizza, never bother with the lava cake because it's really only lava chocolate all of the place. We have even gotten a Pepsi drink that had been 1/4 open and drunk! I really wish I could leave a better review, but even giving this feedback in with no response and finding it just meant the order accuracy got worse, I don't...
