Dough Boss Revesby — Restaurant in Sydney

I generally don't leave reviews but after having ordered from this business for over a year every week and our interaction regarding our last order, it would be very unfair of me not to.

Doughboss by far has been the best Lebanese pizza shop i have eaten at (and i have tried many) so we became regulars customers either my wife picking up in store or me ordering on Uber.

After 100s of perfect orders, our very last order was slightly inconsistent with the rest which was abit surprising so my wife decided to call in the shop and provide feedback.

Within 24 hours we received a call back from the owner of the business Charlie who was away in Melbourne in a middle of a conference yet he decided to walk out and talk to us.

The time he took to take on the feedback, the explanation he gave around the process of his business preparing and recognition of a loyal customer was an experience i have never had with another business. We didnt want to complain and get free food, but we truly love their food and want to continue ordering and this interaction with Charlie has made us even more loyal customers.

I wanted to share my experience at the Dough Boss Manoush shop at Revesby. Please be aware that there have been some concerning issues. Many customers, including myself, have noticed that the lady that always does work at the counter can come across as rude and disrespectful. Additionally, the service is noticeably slow, which can be frustrating for those with limited time. It would be great if these aspects could be addressed to improve the overall customer experience. Moreover, considering this is the only Manoush shop available in the area, it would be appropriate to have a better taste quality with the price increase recently. also to a nice respectful customer service to better meet customer expectations. Staff were bored to hell with no face expressions. Everything I tried to order (and the person behind me) were "let me check if we have, no we don't". When I told her I was new and asked her to recommend something she was dumb struck. Asked if I wanted meat in which I replied yes, followed by a min of awkward silence where she just stared at me. Finally she recommended something and I agreed to whatever. Turns out it was something that's all vege?! Food: why is a pizza that just came out of the oven cold? Maybe it's due to the giant slab of yogurt on top. When I say giant I mean it was a couple of mm thick. All I can taste is yogurt.
