CHA Point Revesby — Restaurant in Sydney

Honestly, really disappointed with Cha Point Revesby. The staff were way too busy chatting with each other instead of actually doing their jobs, which made my order take way longer than it should have. It’s frustrating standing there waiting while they just laugh and talk instead of paying attention.

The prices have also gotten ridiculous lately — especially considering the portions are getting smaller and smaller. For what they charge, you’d expect at least decent quantity or quality, but nope.

The place itself isn’t the cleanest either, which just adds to the whole bad experience. And to be real, some of the staff don’t even seem to care. There’s zero effort or passion in how they treat customers — they just look like they’re there for a paycheck and couldn’t care less about providing good service.

It’s such a shame because it used to be decent, but now it just feels lazy, overpriced, and unprofessional. In my opinion, they outta decrease the price. Also theres no point of having the rose bubble milk tea on show if its never gonna...

Cha Point Revesby has honestly become ridiculous. The prices are way too high for what you get — and I mean way too high. There’s no excuse or exception for how overpriced it’s become. The quantity is laughable compared to what they charge. You pay premium prices and get barely anything in return.

On top of that, the service is slow because the staff are too busy chatting among themselves instead of focusing on orders. It’s frustrating standing there watching them talk while your drink takes forever.

The place doesn’t look very clean either, and it feels like most of the workers just don’t care. There’s no effort, no passion — just people doing the bare minimum for a paycheck.

For the price they’re charging, you’d expect good service, decent portions, and a clean environment — but you get none of that. It’s honestly insulting how expensive it is for such low quantity and lazy service. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy...

Would suggest putting more then 2 staff on a Saturday waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people in line to be told to wait a further 20 minutes for 2 drinks... drinks are nice but more staff definitely needed and more competent staff aswell ... also an uber eats order with 7 drinks gets made before 2 drinks while im at the front of the line bit ridiculous aswell...

Also now have just realised they have made our drinks wrong aswell please hire more competent staff or retrain staff members I have been here 3 times now and 2/3 times my order has been made wrong eg. Jelly and pears and amount (adding extra) and getting only the single amount then asking the staff and having to pay again for the extra amount...

Please train more staff or retrain current staff you have a good location good shop and good product just poor...
