Management change and they got rid of the rude arrogant barista. The place is now very welcoming, the staff are very polite, the hot chocolate and lattes are amazing and they even have beautiful little cakes and gelato, bagels, and all day breakfast menu with giant American sized pretzels. I can't stress how much better this place is now that management has changed. The previous owner whose dog used to bite other patrons dogs = gone; the attitude and poor service of the old barista = gone; the food = improved and the service = extraordinary. Really bad experience here, sadly. I asked for a iced matcha with soy and was charged $9.50, I had to double check and they had charged me for something completely different. Then, when the matcha came, I drunk some and had to check if it was cow's milk. They said it was (despite having charged me $1 extra for soy) and said they'd make another. Zero apology or acknowledgement of the mistake... I felt like I was bothering them asking for the drink I ordered.
