I went to this restaurant on New Years Eve and l did not have the best experience of my life. There were a lot of negative and not a lot of positive.

Firstly, Their Customer service was fantastic, all of the staff were extremely kind and did not rush . The Location is in an excellent part of town.

But, When l arrived their was a ball of brown and blonde hair in my bowl and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and need a renovation. The Mongolian lamb was not cooked enough and tasted like low quality rubber, the same was said with the dim sims and the special fried rice. The food lacked flavour and the calamari tasted like rubber The parking in minimal and needs to be sorted out. The price is a rip of.

Waited 2 hours for my delievery after being told it would be a 60 minute wait. After 2 phone calls (none returned as promised) they food came and they left out part of our order. As the food had been in the car for an hour it was soggy and cold. They agreed to a refund however Elena had said the missing item would be delievered in 45 minutes... an hour and 15 minutes later I called to be abused by a man who would no listen to what I was saying and continually spoke over the top of me. If they did not want to deliever the missing item as promised I believe a phone call to explain this would be appropriate so we weren't waiting around. My family have been loyal customers for years but after this experience never will we order from here again. Completely...

We have ordered for delivery from this restaurant many times in the past couple of years with mostly good service and food but tonight was the worst experience we have had. We waited for just over 2 hours for our meal. They did inform me that they were busy and we would get our meal within the hour. Usually we have never waited more than half an hour. I rang twice to see what was happening and I was hung up on in the first call! I wasn't rude with my calls so I was not impressed by the Chinese lady who took the call. Second call a different person answered and apologised but we still waited a further 20 minutes for the delivery. I can only assume they forgot our order or they are under new management. Won't be ordering again...
