I can confidently say that Eat Grk is the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we made a mistake. The first thing I noticed was a chaotic order system that lacked any organisation and a complete understaffed atmosphere, This was an immediate red flag.

The counter-service setup was chaotic, with junior staff who seemed unmotivated to help customers. They all just looked confused, and the what I assumed was a manager didn't make it better, he was yelling at these helpless staff who looked like they needed help, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. After finally placing our order, we were ignored and left to fend for ourselves. I had to chase down someone just to get our drinks, which were requested to come with our food that never came.

When our food finally arrived, it was beyond disappointing. The souvlaki was dry and tasted old, while the tzatziki was completely bland. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the kitchen might be just as unclean as the dining area.

To top it all off, we found a cockroach crawling under the table that seemed unclean and covered with crumbs. At that point, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. If you value your health and taste buds, do yourself a favour and steer clear of Eat Grk they are very over priced and unauthentic to the traditional...

Increased stars from 1 to 3 due to full refund via Deliveroo without even asking. Also EAT GRK have attempted to contact me, whilst I couldn't answer the call I do appreciate the voicemail offering to discuss the complaint and will call them back tomorrow.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I have ordered from Eat Grk a few times now and the food has always been of a high standard and delivery quick.

However tonight I ordered using Deliveroo. My order was for two custom wrap meals. One of which was Gluten Free. The other was heavily Chile sauce content. The delivery was quick as always.

Upon opening the food it was clear that they had put the fillings inside the wrong wrap. I.e. my wife's Gluten Free wrap was full of Chile sauce which she hates. I double checked the receipt and it was indeed a restaurant mistake. I called Eat Grk and explained over the phone. The guy on the phone said he would re-send the order and even double checked what it should be.

30 mins later the order arrived and again was the wrong fillings in the Gluten free wrap and there was no replacement for my wrap. Instead they sent Chile sauces to add to a wrap that was now nearly an hour old and contained chicken which I am against re-heating.

I didn't bother to ring back as I didn't wish to go through the whole process again.

We could see three tables receiving their orders ahead of us, which arrived much later, and they still got our order “wrong”, took it from us, and returned a few minutes later with the same plate that went to another table, already ate from this plate and tried to give it back to us. What!? Very disrespectful.

I'm 8 months pregnant with a 2-year-old children. I've never felt so disrespected as today. I left the restaurant without eating, and for the first time in my life, asked for my money back at a RESTAURANT. Shame!

Certainly DON’T RECOMMEND it EVER. Worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Not worth a star.

And at the front desk, when we arrived we faced a rude man attendant around 35 plus years old, using cap with the biggest ill will in the universe to be working on Sunday night. Come on!!! If you don’t want to work, give your place to someone who needs and wants to do a proper job, with smile on face. Or for the owner just put a KR code in each table! No one will swap orders!
