Flowers for Everyone is Amazing. My Dad ordered a bouquet to my Grandma in law’s funeral in covid. They went above and beyond and being super smart and taking the initiatives to suggest us to deliver the flowers at 8:30am in the morning instead of the night before to keep the freshness at its best, and they start working on the wreath at 7am in the morning to keep it extremely fresh and beautiful, which gave my aunty’s family the great idea to call her florist to do the same for her funeral service gift. On top of it, they were very promptly accommodating any requests we had for the last minute time change, due to misunderstanding of wrong date, I called at 7:00am they still pick up and happily to assist us to move it to the week after with just 1,5 hours notice in advance (I do not recommend anyone to make this mistake, since this can be very costly for all sides and cost involved, always double check and triple check the correct funeral dates!). On top of it they delivered on time with beautifully fresh smelling flowers and looking so stunning in a very beautiful wreath, my mother in law liked it so much she kept thanking my dad about it and it was beautifully buried together with my grandma in law. There were a bit of mishap but Hana promptly solved it with a timely manner. Their service was perfect and they have gone above and beyond. Read moreWorst customer experience I've personally had. I ordered some flowers for my partner for our 10th anniversary, to be delivered on the day, this Saturday just gone past. At the time of booking on the website, there's no option of a window of time to choose for delivery. When delivery was attempted in the morning we were out. They rang our mobiles and left messages that we did not get until an hour later as we were driving and had our phones put away in the car. The messages were basically that the driver would be in the area for the next few minutes and then he had to move on. There was no communication at all about when the delivery would be. Delivery was not reattempted even though the website T&Cs say "do our best to return to the address the same day". Emailed the organisation on Monday to follow up what was happening and seek a refund, no reply. I've had to reach out today (Tuesday) by phone to follow up to be told by the operator Melissa that she can't authorise that. Got put through to a supervisor Sammy, who's resolution is to redo the flowers (that are now pointless and unwanted half a week later by the time they'd arrive) at no cost but charge for the delivery. Poor procedures from checkout, to communication to following up customer orders and then basically turning around and saying too bad, you don't like our resolution, well keep your money...

I do appreciate the fact that the flowers were finally delivered & understand the delivery is a Sunday however this delivery was an important surprise for my daughter for her 21st. Despite numerous attempts to contact FFE via email and txt & ph calls I had no replies. I placed this order quite early and didn’t opt the earlier window of 7-1.30pm as I didn’t want her woken up early…however it became quite stressful when 2pm came around & it was still showing as ‘Preparing shipment’ on the Shop app even though I had advised FFE that my daughter was leaving around 11.00am. Fortunately she didn’t leave till 2pm and nearly tripped over her flowers! There was no advise from FFE’s end about the delivery nor was a notification being sent that it was delivered! Looking at the photo, the petals appear wilted which indicates they’d been outside for some time in this summer heat. There was no knock from the delivery person even though this was advised on the delivery instructions. My order is still on ‘Preparing Shipment’ and still no notification from FFE.
