HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young male (blonde hair), who is supposedly a "manager", who assisted the lovely young lady at checkout window, definitely needs some more training. At checkout window (08/09/23 at 8:23pm), card machine showed declined for a dozen box, which was funny considering 2 minutes ago, it worked all okay at the previous restaurant we came from. Tried same card twice, and tried another card (different person), all declined, all cards have plenty of funds, which we also told the lady. The "manager" was called over, and upon us (including the young lady at checkout window) explaining that it's declined 3 times, he responds with ONLY, "it worked with every other customer", rudely, sceptical and almost as if to suggest it was us that was the problem. The wait was taking too long and after how the "manager" approached this situation, we were very put off, we just asked if we could just pay it on cash, as he didn't even communicate as to what he was doing about it. He seemed annoyed at having to, what I assume is resetting the card machine; which is beyond unbelievable. Anyway paid in cash, left feeling amused that this young man, whose job is in customer service/fast food, and position as a "manager", had worse mannerisms than the young lady at checkout.
