Cafe Milano — Restaurant in Sydney

Staff on site was very dry, the lady that took my order had no customer service etiquette. Honestly looked like she didn’t even want to be there. She had asked for me to pay twice knowing I had paid already mind you she was the one that had originally taken and processed my order (shows lack of acknowledgement and care factor - the shop was dead and I was the only one there placing the order) The bacon and egg roll was terrible. I requested for crispy bacon in returned I received what looked like bacon that has been sitting out for couple of hours oh and it gets better the eggs were dry and rubbery over cooked and left a GREY marks on the whites of the egg. I walked into the café after seeing a nice photo of a Banh Mi with fresh chili on the banner outside. When I went in, I saw a lady who didn’t seem Vietnamese, so I asked her if they really used fresh chili—she said yes. So I ordered one. What I got was disappointing: it was just a sesame-covered hot dog roll, the chicken was plain, cold and boiled with no flavor, and the chili was pickled, not fresh. For $12, this felt misleading.
