Do not order stuff from these people. I ordered meat twice with them and twice the experience was a complete disappointment.

The first time I visited the shop on a Saturday and made the order in person. They took my details and said they would let me know when the order arrive before the next Friday. I was not contacted. Called to follow up on my order and was told my name was not on the list so no order for me. What did the guy who took my details do with my details? I have no idea.

They offered to make the order with them again over the phone. I gave them another chance and ordered again. I was left again waiting for them to contact me the following week. I called on a Friday to follow up on order. This time they found my name and said order was ready for collection.

The following day I visited the shop to collect my item and oh surprise was told my name was on the list but there was no item to be collected and that someone made a mistake telling me my order arrived.

The whole thing shows how disorganised and unprofessional these people are. They are just so inconsiderate to peoples' time and effort. I could not believe I called to confirm my order, they made me visit the shop to collect it to then be told there is no order. What a joke and how disrespectful! I would give them a...

This is the second time i have purchased organic chicken from the fridge section, not the frozen section without checking the date because i assume if it is in the fridge section, it wouldn't be past the used by date. I have brought it home, then taken it out to cook later on, opening it up with it stenching, to then look at the date and realise that it is past the used by date. The pack i bought today expired on the 7th August, and lucky i smelt it and didnt cook it and get salmonella. It is unacceptable when you pay a premium price for organic and it is thrown straight in the bin twice...or even worse get salmonella poisoning. The staff are very HELPFUL!!!! and are more than happy to assist in ordering certain products in for you. Huge range of certified organic products and fresh organic produce available in store. ALWAYS served with a smile and a personalised text message to pickup up orders when ready. Never felt rushed during closing hours unlike the big chain stores. Highly recommend this shop!!
