Gloria Jean's Bella Vista — Restaurant in Sydney

One of the worst customer services in Australia! It's no way acceptable in OZ! The staff at Gloria Jeans in Bella Vista is either overly proud to look down on others or is a racist or thinks too highly about herself that she doesn't care about customers or anyone else. Terrible service. If it was just one or two times, I would have ignored it thinking she might have had a bad day... I have unfortunately happened to visit this store many times in past 3 years due to the location convenience and every single time this staff's behaviour is ridiculuous. She gives a damn stare if you pay by cash, sometimes even though not asked she sarcastically calls out how much the coffee costs as if someone can't afford it, never follows any requests. If I say dine in, she would make it take away and when questioned just shake off shoulder and not respond at all. Same kind of reaction when I say take away and they make it and keep it aside and Iam just waiting for so long and they don't even call out names and it's cold and when asked why didn't you tell me it's ready, gives a stare and walks away.... it's not just me, many of my other friends have felt the same in this store.

Remind this woman in the store not to judge a book by it's cover and infact no judgements are required at all and just to do their job sincerely. Me knowing physology, working and mentoring my staff in huge organisation, I totally understand and identify such under performing negative personalities very easily. Went to grab a coffee, this is in the middle of a business district, the staff was busy talking amongst themselves, there was no greeting and seems agitated for some reason. "Cannot serve in cup", "Not even courteous enough to greet and may be respond if asked If I can sit" and also asking them if I can use Wifi, the wifi was not working despite having all bars signalled from the local cafe. This is a business district, lots of offices around and meeting and this is the least you can expect in terms of hospitality.

I have seen the response from the owner for previous feedback defending about looking at the camera, I am happy for you to have a look at it and respond. Happy to give this feedback on site as well. I was there on Sunday afternoon or Monday afternoon.

Been meaning to put a review on here for a while. This place never fails in going beyond expectations. Very child friendly. The staff are super helpful. I come in almost weekly for my daughter's treat of the week (cupcake) and staff are patient while we place our order and I'm never made to feel guilty for taking up stroller space( have a toddler and an infant). They provide the cupcake quite quickly knowing how excited my child is waiting for it, have brought my coffee to my table when my hands have been full, understanding when I order the wrong thing.
