We visited last night. The place was not that busy considering this is the week leading up to Christmas. We pre-booked and were seated very quickly at number 15. This was right at the back of the restaurant as you can see in the photo. It took about 10 mins after we were seated, to be able to grab someone's attention to place our order. We ordered chicken feet salad, lao sausage, crab fried rice, 1 serving of sticky rice, and 1/2 bbq chicken but they didn't have chicken on the night so we changed to pork knuckle. We also ordered lemon ice tea, custard apple shakes and pineapple juice. The food didn't take too long to be served with the exception for the sticky rice. After we started eating, our drinks still hadn't arrived. But a table near us that arrived much later was served their drinks and food before us. And to be fair, one of their drink was the ice tea like what we ordered. Then the ice tea finally came and we asked where the other 2 drinks were and the waitress ignored us with no response. While midway through our main, we asked for the missing sticky rice. They said it wasn't on the order and I asked for the 2 missing drinks. Then the custard apple shakes came, and we asked if the pineapple juice would be coming, the waitress ignored us again. So we were just getting to the pointy end of our dinner and still missing the pineapple juice. I politely raised my hand to grab someone's attention. 4 waitresses were walking up and down the front section of the restaurant. They were too busy trying to clear the table. But only a blind person could not see my waiving hand. For 10 minutes I tried to grab someone's attention, they just ignored me. One waitress even came up to the table just before ours to seat a couple. And she turned to look the other way. I finally grabbed one waitress down. The same one that told me that the sticky rice was not in the order list. I told her about my disappointment and this would be my first and last at this restaurant. And she said did we still want the pineapple juice and I said no, we are ready to leave and she added that our juice request was also not in the order. I asked her to tell the manager to come speak with me. After 7 minutes no one came and our pineapple juice arrived. So if we didnt ask for it, and it wasnt in the order, how did this juice suddenly arrive? Full of lies and they only cared about bringing people in but not providing customer service. We went up to pay, and the lady at the counter just kept apologising and said these are new staff and they didnt know any better. Ok, the food was good, but service was terrible. The lies they tell their customers and the complaint handling, I would have to give...

I first visited this place with 2 other friends as a walk in on 28.05.22, I was told they are too busy and I had to wait roughly 45mins for a table. I was advised to make a booking next time I wanted to come in which is fair enough.
A month later I was craving Thai again so I called on 24.6.22 to make a booking for 3 the next day for 25.6.22, the lady on the phone took my details and confirmed my booking.
On 25.6.22 at approx. 18:30 my friends and I got to the restaurant on time for our booking. As usual it was very busy with an additional 10-12 walk-in customers waiting for a table, however I wasn't concerned as I had a booking. I approached the foyer and waited in line to talk to the lady at the desk to be seated while listening to her argue with the customer's infront of me that she couldn't honour their booking because they were too busy. I thought surely this could not be. Soon enough it was my turn.
I informed her that I had taken their advice and this time had a booking for 3 people. She told me that they did not do bookings for 3 people as it was a very small group. I said that is not possible as I got confirmation of my booking. She responded with "Your name isn't on the list of bookings" without even asking for my name. It was obvious she was lying. I told her she hadn't even asked me for my name so how could she possibly know if I was on the list or not. Surely enough, I provided my name, and she checked her list and said I was not on there. She advised that I needed to take a seat with the rest of the people waiting for a table for approx. 45mins. I was furious. I tried to reason with her that there must be a mistake but she started to become rude, and insinuated that I was lying to her.
It was obvious what was happening. THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION BECAUSE THERE WERE BIGGER GROUP BOOKINGS THAN OUR 3 PEOPLE BOOKING.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABRUPT ATTITUDE AND DEMEANING BEAHVIOUR BY THE STAFF.
I will never be going here again and will advise against this place to everyone till the day I die. They need to learn to treat everyone equally and with respect. The money has got to their heads.
DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOUR THEM.
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY A...

Green Peppercorn is the Thai foodgasm heaven in the West. A new Thai favourite of mine. It's so popular that you may be queuing here longer than any line at Ryo's or Jamie's Italian so my advice is to get there at 5:25pm on a Saturday night so you can be there to join the queue before it opens. I also suggest going with a few friends so you have plenty of choice when it comes to sharing meals.
Now prepare yourself for a banquet of delights and food heaven.
For entree, I had a bit of the satay chicken skewers (4 for $10.90) and also the vegetable curry puffs (4 for $8.90). Satay chicken is always a good starter but I really liked the vegetable curry puffs with sweet chili sauce. I loved the crumb on the curry puffs. Yum. Look at that satay sauce!
I came here with three other people and we all agreed that the stand out main of the night was the Masaman beef curry ($16.90). Think perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth braised chunky tender beef in a thick mild curry with sweet potatoes, peanuts and spices of star anise and cinnamon. It was like a smooth waltz in your mouth. Delicious!
The Pad Thai with chicken was good value at $12.90. Beautifully cooked and seasoned glass noodles with all the trimmings including a mountain of bean sprouts, tofu, peanuts and sugar/chili to the side.
The very noodley Pad See Eww with beef (above at $12.90) was amazing! With a big splash of sugar, sweet soy sauce flavour, the flat rice noodles were amazing and complemented all the trimmings of egg and vegetables. Perfect for those who are not spice fans. I loved it!
Another popular dish for the non-spice fans would be the Pad Cashew Nut Stir fry with chicken ($12.90). The dish has oriental vegetables in a chili jam cashew nut sauce....
