Most manoosh were priced around $9.00 and we didn't have to wait long before our manoosh arrived. This is our take of the good the bad and the ugly.

THE GOOD: customer service (but nothing to rave about either), it didn't take long for our manoosh to arrive, there were condiments and tissues on the table to help yourself and it was halal certified.

THE BAD: the place is outdated, tired and the dust on the fan appears to have been there for a very long time, the manoosh lacked flavour and this is consistent with the ingredients not being fresh or of inferior quality.

THE UGLY: the first thing you see by the front door as you walk is a stained plastic kettle, a pod coffee machine and cups (I am not a coffee snob, but I was expecting an expresso machine).

CONCLUSION: the place is outdated and it lacks a little TLC, it doesn't feel welcoming and the manoosh didn't meet our expectations. We would be prepared to overlook all the above-mentioned if the food was spectacular, but unfortunately this was not the case. We will not be...

If you’re craving authentic Middle Eastern flavours with a modern twist, Mina Bakery Fairfield is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked manoush and sizzling kebab fills the air and trust me, the taste lives up to the smell! Tried a range of their baked specialties and each one was impressive. The Syrian shami style pizza was soft, cheesy, and packed with flavour, topped with herbs and black sesame, it was a perfect start. The double dough meat explosion was a standout with cheese on the bottom, with juicy shish kebab mince on top, finished with fresh parsley and lemon. It was filling, unique, and delicious. Their peri peri chicken pizza had a spicy kick, loaded with toppings and a tasty peri sauce drizzle. And the pepperoni pizza was classic, perfectly baked with a golden cheesy crust and generous slices of pepperoni. Super friendly service, great prices, and fresh, authentic flavours. Highly recommend if you’re in the...

Dunno what happened to this place, used to serve great manoush and pizza. Last order we had 4 items, non of them were good. All were burnt, all were colder than room temp! And It took them too long to prepare. Meet n cheese manoush: it literally didn't have cheese. Mini oregano manoush: the whole dozen was dry and burnt. It was so oily it was practically fried not baked. So overcooked and dry you cannot fold it. They used pre made dough too. Oregano veges and labneh: no labneh, the tomatoes gone bad they smelled. Kahi. Aside from being burnt already, it had no reason to be called Kahi. They used pizza dough not filo dough, used sour cream not the traditional clotted cream.

Mixed oregano & cheese topping was tasty can taste the zaatar including the cheese topping combination.... The manoush base baked well, was thin, soft & crispy on the edge.. They could spread the cheese more to the edge of base.. but overall it was nice A simplistic store few dine in tables.. Great for small group, but a larger group would need to be divided into groups of 3, as tables line the wall, due to the store being narrow.. It's mainly a take away restaurant, but it could benefit with air conditioning in summer, as it would be to hot to dine in with the wood fire oven going..
