Harrys Café De Wheels - Woodbine — Restaurant in Sydney

Just ordered the hot dog deal for $8 which is hot dog with any sauce and a soft drink I also ordered the $3 tiger pie... Both deals are clearly advertised on the external posters, the young girl charged me $27.60 when I questioned why was I over charged $ 17 she exclaimed it's due to public holiday surcharge, while waiting I looked at the sign on window and it clearly said 10% public holiday surcharge, the poor girl behind the till was clearly overwhelmed and couldnt register the order, the manager wasn't much help, she got the young girl to refund me back $6, so not only have I been ripped off $10, I also didn't receive my soft drink which was ordered with my hot dog deal haha stay away from this place at all costs, I realise times are tough with inflation and all but I'm not a fan of getting ripped of at the drive thru.. Your tiger pie was cold anyway.. will never pay $27 minus the $6 refund which is obviously $21 for one hot dog with tomato sauce and a pie with gravy and mash for $21...

Food was absolutely beautiful. Now for the service. This young girl named Bree walked up to the register and just looked at me with with a foul look on her face . So I said " I thought you would have at least said hello but clearly not ". Still nothing . I ordered asked for diet Coke she said "We have Pepsi" . So replied Well we do you have Pepsi Max " . She said " Well Yeah " . She then walked away shaking her head. I said to her " You have the worst hospitality skills I've ever come across " . She then gave me a thumbs up at my comment. Told her I would write this review. She couldn't care less about what I said . I would love to talk to a manager about her for sure. Bree you should be in a business where you are not seen in the public eye. Lucky for me there are plenty of these businesses elsewhere . Bree has dark hair pulled back medium build . Hope none of your experience her. But I hope you all...

I went to Harrys tonight and got dinner, ordered Tiger pie combo, mash and gravy pie combo and a hot dog. I told the young lady to ensure the hot dog had mustard and grated cheese because last visit the hot dog had no mustard and it had cheese sauce instead of grated cheese. When I got my meal in drive thru she had given me 2 hot dogs with the correct toppings because of my last experience that I shared. I recognise this young lady she has worked there a long time, I am a long time customer. This was great customer service and our meal was great as it always is, I appreciate the fact that she listened to my last experience and she took it upon herself to give me the extra food , when all I wanted was to be sure the meal was correct. Thank u very much. It made my day because I had a really crap day at work, so she made my evening. ...
