Red Rooster Woodbine — Restaurant in Sydney

Dreadful, Hot food should be served to the customer at 60degrees Celcius or higher. To receive food (chicken) below this health standard is very concerning and potentially dangerous to the consumer. Very substandard. 39d celcius is well below this threshold and bacteria thrives at these temps. From the outset of Presentation of the product it appeared to be haphazardly thrown together without care for food quality control. This Particular Establishment was of high quality and appeared to have great quality control on presentation and all other areas. But of late it appears there may have been a change in management and staff. Usually it starts from management down. This place has gone from an outstanding 5 stars to a very concerning 1 star. What has happened to this establishment? If it is the management I hope they get this sorted....

At about 5:00pm on Saturday 3rd August 2024. My wife and I attended Red Rooster Woodbine. I had a Bacon Deluxe meal chips and bottle of water My wife had Chicken and pickles Burger meal my Burger bun not fresh chicken not hot chip warm Bacon 🥓 Like leather. My wife advised her Burger was the same. This would be the WORST BURGERS WE HAVE EVER HAD. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t recommend the Burgers ever again at Red Rooster.🐓 store to any person. I asked a female staff person with black hair and noise rings have they got feed back forms as I seen a barcode sign she advised I would need to take photo and down load it.
