Oporto Woodbine Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

Three things to say about this store-

Unbelievably impeccably clean, from entrance, inside dining space and behind kitchen, and hygiene of workers is seen through the kitchen The staff work soo cohesively, it is very well noticed when you are ordering and dining, because of that everything runs seemlesley, no mistakes and no chaos which is great that it is soo organised In saying the above, the last thing to reference is the employees, firstly the customer service and genuine sincerity is evident, furthermore the absolutely professional service experienced is absolutely beyond expectations from employees particularly of such a young age, a well deserved and recognition towards Logan and Emily, as someone who has spent a professional career in hotel services and government services it becomes apparent when you witness people who will become very established and accomplished in their professional career, whatever these two particular individuals pursue further they will definitely be recognised for their future, amazing service at your ages and absolutely never would have expected to witness your service, dedication and attention to detail in a simple restaurant, you both are going to succeed and achieve huge things, thanks again Logan, Emily and the whole team as a...

My wife and I attended Woodbine restaurant at about 5:45 pm on Thursday 1 st June 2023 I order the meal for myself and wife. After some 20 minutes my meal was Bondi Burger 🍔 with chips My wife had small meal. We where just sitting down at a table that had a good view of cooking area where chips and Meals where being made (what took place then I couldn’t believe) staff member who had served me for the meals placed her hands over the chips touching them I looked at my wife and she looked at me staying I hope that meal is not ours.

Then it employee who I had order off bought the meal over. I said my wife and I just observed you touching the chips with your open hand. Which is ver unhygienic. We are not being funny or rude. Female said No I didn’t I said we where watching what you did. She then took meal chips back.

She then said they said I touched the chips with my hand. The Burger bun was stale not fresh. The Manager then came over I advised her that we was not being rude but we didn’t want to catch any thing by a staff member touching the chip with no gloves. I did an 8 hour shift and drove back home which took 2 hours in pick traffic. I went to oportos to get some hot chips for myself and the kids. I was at the order machine for 50 seconds saying "hello, hello hello". No one replied. I drove to the window, and the lady inside completely ignored me. When she initially came to the window, I said to her that the order machine doesn't seem to be working. She went on saying she was with a customer and I only waited for 50 seconds. Please #OportoNSW , train your customers 🙏 in how to say " I'll be with you in a minute in the order machine for your customers to hear." Rather than everyone having their headphones on their shoulders instead of their heads. The staff member was so rude saying I was looking g at the timer.

How long does oports take to get an order?

When I finally asked the girl can I order for a large chips she just rolled her eyes. I drove off saying Thank you... never-mind. For some long hours workers that maybe the only meal and with such bad attitude it makes the individuals day even worse!
