Henry Steam Buns — Restaurant in Sydney

Before you bite into your bun, check if the meat is cooked. I picked off a bit of my bun to eat but saw some pink meat inside. I wasn't sure if it was cooked or if I was seeing right. So I took off the rest of the top of the bun and thought "well sometimes pork is pink when cooked?". I touched it and some of the pink parts were still cold (must have been frozen meat) whilst the outside of the bun is steaming hot. The buns were sold by a lady, but when we came back to notify the store about the issue, it was a male shopkeeper who refused to acknowledge there was an issue. He only refunded us for the completely uneaten bun, now we're worried he has tried to sell that bun again... No refund necessary, we just prefer our food cooked properly, not partially frozen. Some kindness in the way he handled the problem would've been appreicated too. Wouldn't have posted a review on here if he had just acknowledged it kindly, rather than speaking to...

Best pork buns. Soft sweet perfectly steamed buns with flavourful pork mixture and other small condiments. I can literally eat 10 of these and not get bored. Must have. The store doesnt look like much and the workers are of very humble nature. I was so thrilled that after Covid this shop was still there! This use to be my breakfast food of choice on my way to work then I moved overseas. For years I have craved their pork steam buns, they are absolutely the best tasting pork buns I have ever had. Their custard egg buns and ice coffee are a must as well.
