I really wanted this place to be a 5 star, but unfortunately it was a huge miss. I ordered the roast pork. Everything, including the peas, tasted like it had been smoked. Yuck. My wife, on the recommendation of the waiter, ordered the beef brisket. It was so tough it could have been used to fix your flat tire. We returned the meal since we couldn't eat it, and the waiter asked if everything was Ok? Umm, yes? After complaining the waiter said "I didn't cook it". The chef then got involved, got defensive, and then told us a) we can have a refund and b) "the door to leave is over there". More to the story but basically I would say just...

Appallingly bad behaviour of the worst kind by the owner. Fancy telling a customer they don't know what they want, and don't order a steak, whilst trying to justify a poorly cooked steak. I definitely knew what i wanted, very simple.....a well cooked steak to my satisfaction! You had two shots at it and still got it wrong! Business rule number 1, the customer is always right.
