Me and my husband play pokies here regularly even became friends with the gaming attendant (Fa the thai girl and another girl i dont remember her name). We are not a member but some of the gaming attendant even the gaming manager (the asian guy) always give me and my husband a bottle of water. There's one gaming attendant who always works at night, she always refuses to give me a bottle a water because im not a member cause she says thats the rules. But when my husband asks for one, she'd give it to him without hesitation or asking is he is a member or not. Im asian and my husband is Caucasian and the rude staff is Caucasian. Im not sure what's her problem with me but i kinda assume it's about my ethnicity. And today i went play pokies there and the rude staff was there. I ask for a bottle of water and she wont give it to me cause im not a member. I told her the other staff always give me one why she wont give one to me? Then i spoke to the manager and explain everything. She wasn't friendly at all and raise her voice at me. She got no problem solving skill as well. Its not my fault that the other staff gave a bottle of water to me LOL Have no idea how come she became a manager there.. I spent thousands of dollars there. A bottle of water wont make the hotel go bankrupt in one night. I dont wanna be a member cause i like to keep my privacy. All the gaming staff there (except the rude one) have always ask the patrons for drinks. Only her who never asks patrons for drinks like she just doesn't like her job at all. If she wants to follow the rules, then ask all the patrons what would they like to drink. Im sure its one of your rules as well to gain profits for the house. I also saw her drinking redbulls and sitting on one of the machines, chatting with a patron for more than 10min (100% this is againts the rules). If she doesn't like to be a gaming attendant, i heard Coles and Woolies are hiring. Anyway, im not going to play pokies here ever again. The pokies here is dead as anyway. Id rather spend my money elsewhere. STOP HIRING RACIST STAFF. AUSTRALIA IS A MULTICULTURAL COUNTRY. AND FACT IS ASIAN SPEND MORE MONEY ON GAMBLE THAN ANY...

The Verandah room was an excellent choice with natural light and the ability for our franchisees to step outside for fresh air. Another great advantage of using Hudson Hotel for events is the ease of location being very close to motorways and the huge availability of free parking. The events team happily responded to requests throughout the day. Everyone was very impressed.
The corporate package gave great food options and was presented beautifully. The tea and coffee station is a must and that too was always kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms were super clean. Having the bar downstairs was perfect for after conference drinks and of course the extensive dinner menu for any who wished to stay longer. These are all huge positives of why you’d pick this venue to host your next event.

Jade, our event coordinator, was Amazing!! She was incredibly attentive and organized, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
Bev, our function coordinator on the day was phenomenal. She did a fantastic job handling the logistics on-site. She was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small or big it was. Bev was there to oversee everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. Bev also went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Her efficiency and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our event a success.
Rishav also did a great job, attending to our needs. He was friendly, professional and attentive.
