Hungry Jack's Burgers Cabramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered my meals thru the app online. Went instore for pickup yesterday morning. When I arrived in for pickup, I saw that all the hash browns were missing in my takeaway bag. Asked one of the staff abt it & she said she's bringing it. I waited for few mins & she bought the hash browns but gave it straight to the cashier at the counter who was this short looking girl.

I asked the short girl at the cashier till to give me my hash browns, she said I have to wait as she's serving another customer. I said I don't have to wait for it as iv already paid for it online & the hash browns are missing & my kids wana eat their meal. She said no , let me finish serving this customer then I'll give you the hash browns. I was taking it from the counter & she pulled my packet over as if she was very hungry & wanted to eat the hash browns that I have already paid for. She was so rude, impolite, was laughing unnecessarily as if something was funny. She doesn't deserve to work in any restaurants with this sort of rude behaviour.

Then we ordered orange juice, standing there waiting for orange juice for nearly 10mins. The restaurant was empty as not many customers were there so wondering wats taking these staffs so long to give a cup of juice. Yeah, lots of gossiping & stories to share indeed. The Asian looking type manager was herself so slow & couldn't even hand in correct orders, just like instead of giving us orange juice, she tried to give us frozen drink. Please go back to school, read, write, learn english properly before doing customer service. All staffs were so lazy and very slow in serving customers.

The main boss should consider these matters & complaints closely & change the staffs immediately. Get some energetic, friendly & well mannered staffs. Very bad customer service, rude staffs, very slow service. Never going back to this place again😡. Plenty better...

Friday 13th June 2025 I was the Asian guy wearing a long sleeve Linfox uniform. Between 8:30pm - 9:15pm

I was devastated that both kiosks weren't working and had to wait at the counter I waited for a quote a while and only have a 30 minutes break. I had to keep waiting ready to be served but every staffs were ignorant. They all KNEW I was standing there yet NOT ONE PERSON ever had the guts to even ask me if I am alright. When you see a customer waiting at the counter, usually staffs ask the customers if they had ordered yet or waiting for the order. Clearly tonight NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAD ASKED ME THAT. I see a pretty young Asian girl who was busy packing up the meals at one side near the front counter, she was busy. So I don't blame her. And the caucasian staff was cleaning around the coffee machine I had to get her attention to ask for assistance. I called out to her. And she apologised and asked if I had ordered. I appreciate her serving me, but everyone else other than the two girls were COMPLETELY IGNORANT. I have no issues with the two girls I mentioned. But everyone else, GOODBYE. I'm not coming back to this HJ. One of the WORST. Hot and spicy ribs were too dry Bischoff shake had only little biscoff flavour. Can taste more caramel. Chips was almost bland, it needed more salt. Bacon deluxe burger was ok, but better if they had made the buns warm. Just like maccas nowadays, why the hell are ALL THE BUNS SERVED COLD??? the maccas at Toongabbie great western Highway was the ONLY MACCAS that serves their burgers HOT. So much better than other maccas. HJ should do the same. Anyways Not coming back to this HJ anymore wish you luck...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went to this place to try out their new crispy chicken pieces - just a quick meal - in and out (so I thought). Didn't order chips or drinks. Made the order and asked for Aoili sauce. As I was waiting there for 10 - 12 min I noticed other customers, who had ordered after me, being served first. I approached the counter and asked about my order & was told they (the chicken pieces) took a while to prepare. Ok. Then a customer came in asked for the same chicken pieces but in a meal ie. with chips & a drink. He waited for a around 5min and was served his meal. I then approached again to complain and they brought my order but instead of Aoili they gave me sweet n sour. The chicken pieces were dry and very salty. Nothing like the succulant juicy pieces they advertise. I won't be visiting this place again and would recommend others avoid it...
