Don't ever come here on a weekend, the kids can't even complete the simplest of tasks. (Microwaving the cheeseburgers) they make you wait in the driver thru as if the food is all being made fresh and they hand you a bag with refried chips in dirty oil and cold burgers that couldn't even be made by following procedure. If I am waiting on my food for multiple minutes, then why are corners being cut? It makes you wonder. Every car is forced to sit and wait for 10+ minutes while we all recieve old and cold food. Not to mention a specific event today, upon reaching the speaker box, the employee asked what I would like and then immediately yelled out to another staff member while still on the mic. I'm sure you can understand how loud and unprofessional it is. This place is a joke, they renovate the store floor, but won't get rid of the mould the is plauging the entire driver fence. At about 5:15pm on Monday 24th June, 2024. My wife and I attended Hungery Jacks Narrellan store. We have been regular customers of Hungry Jacks for many years. My wife has a reaction to processed imitation chicken. So I asked before buying the order if it is real chicken. We made a Donation to the very go cause of the children charity. Female staff member was very pleasant. The store was clean and tidy. I asked if the chicken chips we real or processed. Female worker said: Yes chicken is real. Orgered two packets large chips two coffees. Then order came out Chicken chips NOT real processed rubber not chicken strips. Very misleading information. Don’t even waste your time. in store or over uber eats. no matter what you’re waiting way too long for “fast food” every single time, whether they’re busy or not food is very rarely fresh whether you’re waiting an hour or not and today when we ordered via uber eats we had to go through two different delivery drivers because of the long wait time, when the food FINALLY arrived i checked my burger to make sure everything was right and there seemed to be a slimy watery substance on my burger, resembling exactly like SPIT. completely disgusted we threw the food out in fear the rest had been tampered with. of course we have no way of knowing 100% that it’s exactly what it was but definitely not risking it. we did get refunded via uber however the resturant didn’t answer upon us calling...
